Holiday rentals with beach access in San Carlos Island

We had a wonderful stay for the week at FMB!

After a bad Airbnb host at 325 Mango in FMB (Rosanna Reilly, realtor) the host Im reviewing,Valerie (on Estero) got me in when I called her last minute crying over a youth hostel that wasn't advertised as such.. Rosanna allowed a bunch of cussing/drinking..??? boys to rent above me for my 53rd birthday that my girlfriend from NYC and myself from Cleveland, Ohio were flying in to rent.??!! Airbnb and Rosanna would not allow me out of the frightening rental and contract. Valerie called me at 8:15pm and got me in her place 5 minutes later. I was sobbing because it was my birthday and my nephew had died 2 years earlier at 31 on my birthday. My friend and I were memorializing his memory. We don't drink..We just wanted peace and quiet. Valerie's place was stunning! She did lock off 2 of the 3 bedrooms because she knew what we needed and it's her property..understood...RESPECT! 😊 My friend Linh and I love Valerie. If she ever needs a place in Ohio..she is welcome anytime!!! All the Best! -d

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

Extremely clean and excellent place for couples! The host was great and responsive. Easy walk to beach across the street. Truly enjoyed the trip and lot of it was because great place we stayed. Highly recommended.

Such a cozy and peaceful cottage. It was decorated cutely, fully furnished and with necessary items to feel at home. Beautiful pool with colored lights. Nice and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Publix and stores. Beach close by as well. Nice town. Had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Thank you.

There were 8 of us for our annual family vacation. (ages from 70 to 16) This home was excellant with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This home was spacious with 5 bedrooms and bonus spaces where you could enjoy get away from the group if needed some private time. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, tropical landscaping with great views of bay. Located on dead end street and walking distance to beach. The screened in pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

Giselle’s place was awesome. It was just as pictured. It was clean and very spacious. Giselle responded in a timely manner when needed. Kitchen had all the necessities and nice appliances. Location was 4 minutes to the beach, and a quick 10-15 minutes to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and a nice option to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved this Airbnb! The location was amazing and had plenty of space for our family.

This house is stunning. We had an amazing time. The open air infinity pool was beautiful. We stayed for six nights. We only went out once to the beach! We were at the beach for about two hours and decided that we would much rather be at the house with the pool and the waterway view. Every morning, we would wake up and have bloody Mary’s or iced coffee by the water. Two of the mornings, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins. The entire trip we spent outside and utilized the grill for our meals. The host was extremely responsive. At one point I had issues figuring out how to turn on the pool heater. The host came right by and looked at everything for us. In reality, I just wasn’t reading the instructions properly lol. I would absolutely want to come back here. The only minor issue that I could find was that the upstairs showerhead pretty low water pressure. However, I don’t feel like this would ever stop me from coming back here. This was one of my favorite trips.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!
