Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Clemente

Beautiful, clean home in a great location. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Enjoyed the private backyard, perfectly clean hot tub, fire pit. And having a garage to park in with an EV charger was appreciated. AvantStay was always responsive and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Feels like you have a team ready to help if anything came up. We would happily stay here again.

Diane was an ideal host. Great communicator and very responsive. The place was located close to the beach and walkable to restaurants in town. The second floor ocean view spotless place was spacious with plenty of natural light and privacy.

I really enjoyed my stay! We felt at home immediately upon arrival. Great location including a park nearby. Loanne has thought of all of the details to make it easy including fun snacks, a few drinks in the fridge and fun soaps/shampoos. The bed and furniture were all comfortable too. Great back yard, very zen! :) I hope to stay at this place or their other properties on my next visit.

Emilee is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond with every single detail. The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable and close to downtown San Clemente, the Pier, and beaches. It is especially great for traveling with kids - what a delight not to have to pack cribs, high chairs, books or toys, all of which are provided! Not to mention there’s a park right down the street. And perhaps best of all, every bed is super comfortable, even the twins in the kids room. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you so much Emilee!

Meuy was a fabulous host and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop is nice and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great as it’s close to town and a quick ride up the PCH if you want to head to Dana Point for the day. I would recommend this home to those coming to San Clemente!

we had a a really great stay in San Clemente and wouldn't hesitate to return to this lovely place if we were back in the area. it was v conveniently located to get to the Beachfront and also downtown for breakfast/ dining.

We booked Robert’s place for a short and sweet weekend getaway before we welcome our first child to the world 🩵 the walking distance from the beach was incredible!!! Under five minutes of a stroll to sandy, ocean bliss. Beautiful neighborhood, lots of wonderful restaurants nearby that we fell in love with (BeachFire was outstanding!*) The home was cozy and simple, just what we needed. No rowdy neighbors, easy parking, comfy bed, and he even provided little toiletries like shampoo & conditioner! If it was a warmer weekend we totally would’ve taken out the boards Robert provides in the garage. +Great communication & responsive host. 100% would love to come back! Thank you Robert!!!

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

I have no hesitation giving this property a 5 star review. From the moment we booked, to checking out, our Host Tina was terrific. She made the entire process easy, and her communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch (we even got to meet her in person as we were leaving). As so many previous guests have already stated, the location is perfect. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, a Ralph’s and Whole Foods market, and the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Although there is a car port you won’t need a vehicle because the best of Laguna Beach is literally a few minutes away. The ocean view is the cherry on top, of course, but the unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is more than adequate if you feel like cooking although you are literally surrounded by some of Laguna Beach‘s finest dining. This place was exactly what I needed! It was peaceful, comfortable stay. Everything was just right for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended if you’re looking to unwind and recharge. Close to the beach and different shops too!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Great location! Loved being close to the shops and restaurants!

Such a great place to stay. Restaurants, beach, pier all within walking distance. Within the complex pools, gym, and game room. My kids especially loved feeding the koi fish in the pond. The condo was centrally located in the complex between the game room and the pool. Sitting on the balcony you can hear the waterfall and get a peek at the ocean through the trees. Will definitely stay again!

Only recommendation Let people know cant get in till 4 exactly. Got there at 3.57. Combinations did not work until 4. Everything else great

Nick was a great host! He let us check in early to get settled, was communicative and helpful, and the apartment was everything we were looking for. I loved the location as it is very close to downtown Oceanside while still in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt very secure with the courtyard and loved the coffee shop right across the street. I would recommend staying here and plan on staying here again the next time we come down!

I always enjoy staying at Loredana's place-it feels like coming home. Such a great location and she makes sure every detail is taken care of and the house is always sparkling clean. She also has a lovely large patio area with flowers and fruit trees that she makes sure are trimmed up and well cared for. I can't wait to go back!

Such a wonderful condo! I would say the view in person is better than the pictures. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for your stay. We walked to the pier and to downtown, watched the sunset from the balcony, and enjoyed all the living room space. We will stay here again next time we are in SC
