Blue Jay Nest | Tree Tent Glamping, Laguna Campgro

PamRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We had an amazing time glamping! The location of the camping spot is perfect. It was close to the bathroom and showers and very quiet. The campsite has 3 tents with beds, a covered cooking section with everything you need and some tree 'hammocks'. I'm not sure what to call them but they are mesh platforms in the air between the trees. They are perfect for sleeping and star gazing. They were a highlight of the trip! Perfect for kids. Shantal met us the first day and went over everything and then came back the second day to see how we got on and if we had any questions. This was really nice. Only drawback is it's a bit expensive. All in all we had a great time.

Deer Peak | Glamping at Mt. Laguna Campground

AdrianaRating, 5 stars49 months ago
We rented two sites side by side for three families and everyone had an absolute blast. The novice campers were happy for the luxurious beds and the seasoned campers had fun sleeping in the adventurous tensile air-tents. The site was super well stocked - salt, sugar, water, a bathroom caddy, pots, pans, grill, plates etc. (even board games). It was so easy to make coffee in the morning or grill a nice fish at nice. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning a return trip. The woods are beautiful and there are great hiking trails nearby.

Lions Den | Mt. Laguna Glamping, San Diego

Shantel was an amazing host and answered all the questions I had before booking. Now to talk about this wonderful camp site. This place is an absolute gem it’s unlike any of the other camp site as it is very private and you have your own space to relax and unwind. This was my second time staying here and I would totally come back for another stay. The site was very well taken care of and had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend. 10/10 recommend it to anyone that wants to make memorable fun camping trip!

Glamptent at Harrison Serenity Ranch

LaurenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This was my 2nd time spending NYE eve at the ranch… 2 years ago the weather was pretty inclement, so I opted for the slightly larger tent @ site #11. It was absolutely perfect… plenty of room to move around at a secluded corner on the property. I didn’t build a fire, but there was a small pit along with a picnic table and some lounge chairs to watch the sunset (which was stunning). The bed was extremely comfortable and fitted with cozy flannel sheets and an enormous, fluffy duvet. Complete luxury! My dog & I thoroughly enjoyed the peace & quiet. We could hear fireworks in the valley down below, but it wasn’t horribly loud and my dog, Bodhi, didn’t react at all. I’m hoping to make this an annual tradition. Thank you so much for letting us stay on your property.

The Library Glamping Tent Under the Stars

CarlieRating, 5 stars18 months ago
My boyfriend and I and our 3 dogs stayed here for New Years weekend, and it was so calm, quiet, and very peaceful. We are slowly transitioning to camping, and glamping was a great first step to get a taste of what it will be like! Our favorite part was the quietness and the potent stars at night. It was absolute serenity. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and peaceful area! The creek was also so much fun for the kids to play around in and explore. Also the hammocks around the property and picnic area made it super nice and conveniently placed to lounge around in shaded areas! The property is also VERY clean and well maintained. No bug or animal issues either for being outdoors. I enjoyed a few walks and the sites were super pretty.

We stayed at Lance's place to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was the perfect experience. It was my two sons' first camping trip, and it was a great way to ease them into it. The tent was huge and super clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. It was so nice having the grill and fire pit. The hosts were super communicative. We had a few issues with our heater at night. Someone came right away. They replaced it, and the second one ended up shutting off in the middle of the night, but it was fine because we were nice and warm in the tent. I appreciated how attentive the hosts were to making sure everything was perfect. I also loved how dog friendly the space was. It was such a memorable experience. Thank you Lance!

Wonderful spot to get in nature close to the city! We loved hearing the frogs croaking while stargazing! Great spot for families, and we're considering getting a larger group to stay in multiple tents on site. The fantastic and helpful hosts put this listing over the top. Will absolutely be coming back!

Creekside Camp: The Place to Make Memories

CristinaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My daughters and I have always loved the outdoors. They’re all teenagers now so glamping was a must, or so I thought. Shoes flew off and into the creek they went the minute we got there! The hosts were attentive when we needed and the ambiance was great. So many beautiful things to see. My girls said they wished we could have stayed longer. We will be returning very soon! Thank you JB and Jennifer 💕

This was a last minute trip which I wasn’t prepared for totally but the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. He made sure to see that I had a comfortable stay. I woke up and relaxed in the morning hearing a small creek nearby and birds singing! Overall very pleasant. Portapotty on the campsite was very clean. There is a nearby deli that was delicious. It was a great getaway spot for a night.

Fox Den | Glamping at Laguna Campground

We would definitely come back! Everything was provided for except food (totally understandable). Shantel’s place is really quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the amenities in this camp site. The place was clean, organized and well thought of. Even the water for washing dishes was provided for. Shantel was friendly , responsive, accommodating, easy to communicate with and was available the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this campsite.

Cedar Mountain Glamp ‘Viewpoint’

JessicaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Had such a great stay! Donny was incredibly responsive and kind — the YouTube video they send beforehand was super helpful, especially since the drive out has spotty service. The tent was extremely clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of nice touches — it didn’t feel like a collection of old leftovers (like some Airbnbs), but rather intentional and welcoming. Donny even left treats and water for my dog, Luna, which was so thoughtful. The solar setup, generator, projector, and WiFi were all super easy to use, and Donny answered any questions right away. You can tell so much care went into this space — even the guestbook was custom for the tent! I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Breakthrough

YurikoRating, 5 stars4 days ago
My little family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. I was a bit skeptical of the price. I’m used to tent camping out in kern for free. After our experience I will say it was worth it. Everything was set up and ready for our arrival. Lance was very attentive and friendly he really made us feel welcome. We only stayed one day but next time we’ll be staying longer. I didn’t realize there was so much to check out. It’s a large property we didn’t get a chance to walk all the trails. It felt like we were walking through a jungle! And they have guava trees! Lance gave us the okay to pick some. That was a fun surprise. Okay the highlight, what made it extra special for my kids were Layla and Cosmo the ranch dogs. They are the sweetest dogs we’ve ever met we all fell in love with them. They also made us feel safe. Felt I should mention porta potty was close by and super clean. They also have a community hangout area down by the creek we didn’t get to enjoy much.
