Holiday rentals with beach access in San Fernando, Maspalomas

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders haben wir den einmaligen Blick vom Balkon genossen. Prima war auch das 2te Bett ( Hochbett). Das eigentliche Schlafzimmer war durch eine Glaswand getrennt - sehr schick und verleiht dem Raum Größe. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Bis an den Strand ist es etwas zu Laufen… man muss viele Stufen bewältigen… das sollte man bedenken. Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Tor sehr gefallen.

Het verblijf van Philip’s bungalow was geweldig. Een adembenemend uitzicht met een mooie omgeving. Philip reageerde altijd snel, vriendelijk en de instructies waren duidelijk en gemakkelijk. De bungalow was zeer schoon, netjes en alles was goed geregeld zelfs nadat wij 1 dag van te voren last minute op een zondag & feestdag hebben geboekt. Ook had Philip een leuke verassing voor ons geregeld omdat wij onze huwelijksreis in zijn bungalow wilden doorbrengen. Kortom, alles was zeer naar wens, wij geven Philip niet 5 maar 10 sterren! Wij hebben een prachtige huwelijksreis hier gehad, mochten wij ooit terugkomen zou het zeker hier zijn!

L'appartement est vraiment en bord de mer. Il y a beaucoup de possibilités de parking devant l'immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avions un problème pour entrer dans l'appartement, Josema a répondu au téléphone tout de suite et a immédiatement trouvé une solution.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft direkt am Strand – nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer! Die Einrichtung ist modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Michael & Lucas’s place was truly incredible. It was in a central location with a small supermarket practically next door. We arrived late so asked for local dinner recommendations and Michael sent us a long list of recommendations. Tipsy hammock bar was a great option for cocktails and great food! Michael and Lucas always replied to messages super fast which was really nice and helpful. We got the bus to and from the airport to the apartment and it was €3.50 each way vs the €45 ish in a taxi so would recommend this. The apartment itself is all you need for a stay and has a very large balcony which the pictures don’t do justice! It’s great in the evenings! The pool is also very large and is great for sunbathing! We would both recommend Michael and Lucas’s place to anyone! Thank you!

El alojamiento es excelente. Limpio y muy bien equipado. Bien distribuido. Cómodo y luminoso. Porche cerrado con apertura. Jardincillo con hamacas para relax. Sombrillas. Piscina de buen tamaño, vallada, con 90cm a 160cm y zona de esparcimiento. Acceso directo a peatonal junto a la playa, con ascensor a 1 minuto para bajar. Con todo lo necesario para bebé. Cama grande. Urbanización muy tranquila (mayo). Minipegas? Aparcar alrededor cuesta a veces un poco.

We really liked the apartment for our trip! Perfect for two, nearby the beach, pool, restaurants and more. Gino was really good with giving us all the information needed and responded super fast to texts. Could not have asked for any better host. We really recommend this apartment! :)

Ottimo soggiorno, ci siamo davvero rilassati nella struttura di Marisa. Lei gentilissima e disponibile, la casa seppur un pochino buia è pienamente soddisfacente, ha tutto il necessario e pulita. La consiglierei sicuramente! Il terrazzo con piscina è la vera chicca della casa, uno spazio completamente nostro e totalmente indipendente, privacy garantita! Grazie di tutto.

Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen. Ein absoluter Traum. Sehr sauber alles, nichts war defekt. Es gab sogar Shampoo und Genügend Handtücher für 4 Personen. Fernando und Kati sind super freundlich. Es gab noch ein Willkomensgeschenk. Frisches Obst und Wein. Es war einfach Toll. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Die Anlage ist auch super. Zwei grosse Pools auf zwei Ebenen mit Wasserfall. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Restaurants, einen Aldi und einen Spar. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub haben möchte ist bei Fernando und Kati sehr gut aufgehoben.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Hôte très agréable et réactif. A l'écoute des nos remarques. Appartement très bien situé avec une superbe vue et de beaux couchers de soleil. Quand ciel dégagé vue sur le TEIDE. Appartement très agréable et spacieux avec une belle terrasse ou passer les débuts de soirées et fin de soirées trés agréables.

Die Wohnung und natürlich die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick war grandios. Es war alles da und bei Problemen könnte man sich zu jeder Zeit bei der lieben Conny melden. Vielen Dank für alles.

Brilliant apartment. Spotlessly clean & everything you need for a week away. Perfect for two couples. The terrace was fantastic, we spent most of our time up there. The communal pool was spotless and really quiet, the only time we saw people there was on the weekend. We really appreciated Martiza’s quick & clear communication, answering any questions we had promptly. Lovely location - really quiet and had everything you needed in walking distance. I recommend El Mocan by Relax which is a 2 minute walk away and did one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Thanks again for a fabulous stay!!

Excellent accommodation and host. Would most definitely stay again. Great location, close enough for a short walk to all amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet. Very private with a hot tub which was useful when weather was misbehaving and pool is literally outside the back gate and not used by many so was always quiet. Good amenities inside with big screen TV for the odd movie night and everything else you might need. Beds were comfortable with choice of pillows and all rooms were of a good size. Of particular note is the privacy in the garden areas and the covered terrace was perfect for when you needed shade. Lovely place to have your morning coffee. The villa was well kept, clean and modern. Was also back off the main street so was very secure. Our host was great from start to finish. Great communication and very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very good value for money. We look forward to staying again soon.

Wonderful and well-equipped apartment, very close to the Yumbo center and to the beach. Angelika has been a very professional and responsive host. I would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Wir hatten tolle 4 Wochen in dem Bungalow. Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber und hell. Durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung fühlt man sich gleich heimisch. Auch mit den Nachbarn, die fest dort leben, hatten wir einen netten Kontakt. Jegliche Anfrage an Alejandro wurde schnell beantwortet und es gab für alle Anfragen gleich einen Vorschlag bzw. eine Lösung. Den Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage gegenüber vom Bungalow haben wir auch genutzt. Es sind 2 Fernseher vorhanden, auf denen Netflix geschaut werden kann. Deutsche Sender können nicht empfangen werden. Da deutsche Sender teilweise aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht im Ausland gezeigt werden dürfen, gibt es folgende Möglichkeit trotzdem zu schauen. Eine VPN zu sich nach Hause aufbauen und das Wiedergabegerät mit einem HDMI Kabel (nicht vorhanden) am TV anschließen. Wir konnten uns auch andere Bungalows in der Anlage anschauen, werden aber immer den von Alejandro bevorzugen. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren.

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Thanks to our host for the great accommodation near the beach. The accommodation is located a very short walk from the sand dunes. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the sun loungers were nice to sunbathe on. In warm weather, the air conditioning is also a good addition to the well-equipped apartment. The apartment was clean. The bed was really soft and the location was quiet for a good night's sleep. The street noises can be heard in the apartment well, but at least during our stay the street was a quiet side street at night. If we come to Maspalomas again, we will check if this apartment is available.

I was super lucky to stay at your place Isabel and Jose. I had a great time in Maspalomas. Thank you for very comfortable place, which has everything u need, a little patio, the design - amazing!! Hopefully will be back ❤️

Vi bestemte oss for å leie denne leiligheten etter tidligere anmeldelser på Airbnb og var meget fornøyde etter oppholdet. Dette er en fredfull oase vekk fra støy hvor en virkelig kan slappe av. Leiligheten og selve plassen levde virkelig opp til forventningene. Å sitte på terrassen med frokosten mens morgensolen sto opp var en fryd. Ellers så har en sol hele dagen til den går ned og kan kjøle seg ned i bassenget, som nesten ingen andre brukte. Det er 2stk matbutikker i umiddelbar nærhet, samt også noen gode restauranter. Ellers så er det kun 2km ned til kysten, hvor det går gangvei rett bortenfor leiligheten. Det er også kort vei både til flere restauranter motsatt vei, samt Playa Del Ingles. Og så var det veldig god service fra verten Claudio, samt info om alt en lurte på. Tusen takk for et flott opphold og service, vi kommer gjerne tilbake igjen til denne fredelige oasen!
