Ubicado frente a un centro comercial con farmacias ,mercados, restaurantes, discotecas y al lado de la playa. Situado en el sur de la isla en unos de los puntos más turisticos y visitados. La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

Comfortable and elegant Bungalow next to the International Golf Course of MASPALOMAS and Tenis-Padel Center. It has just been renovated and has all the amenities for the enjoyment of our guests. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4 people in completely separate bedrooms. It has a total of 50m2 with a private garden at the entrance. The terrace has a private atmosphere, with a decoration and illumination very cozy and romantic to spend special nights.

Blue Beach

Modern and well-equipped, this apartment stands out for its brightness and spacious layout. Just a short walk from the beach, it features a large terrace overlooking the pool. It includes a bedroom with hotel-style beds, a sofa bed, a kitchen with oven and microwave, two Smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
