Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Foca

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questa splendida casa e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle della Puglia. Marco è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Non possiamo che consigliarla e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. This place looks just like the pictures shown. Plenty of lovely beaches around and lots of fishing opportunities as well! The local cats were definitely my favorite. There was a young cat while we were staying, with gray patches on mostly white fur. I named him Jasper , if you see him give him lots of lovins he’s such a sweetheart!

Wir kamen wegen Verspätung unseres Fluges spätabends an. Cosimo's Eltern haben uns trotzdem sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und uns sogar noch eine Pizza besorgt. Das Haus ist perfekt, schön ruhig, bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es war alles an Grundausstattung da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen durchdachten Details ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Schatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, und unter der Woche waren keine Leute da. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche.

Beautiful Airbnb and it looks exactly like the pictures. The host and her family is very sweet and responsive. The entire stay felt luxurious. The kitchen had everything required. The open area is lovely to have a coffee and relax. I genuinely enjoyed my trip and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Parking is outside on the street but no issues finding a spot to park. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Lage um den Süden Apuliens mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

I truly enjoyed staying at Rosaria’s place. The apartment is simply furnished but has everything you need. And then there is the terrace!! It’s the highlight of her place. The view is exactly as advertised. I can recommend her place.

Toller Host, tolle Lage (EG) direkt am Felsstrand, schöner kleiner Sandstrand 300 m entfernt mit Bewirtschaftung (Lido Pazze), toller großer, langer und flacher Sandstrand ca. 3 km entfernt-beginnend direkt hinter dem Hafen von Torre San Giovanni bis Posto Veccio-, ideal für Familien mit Toiletten und Bewirtschaftung. Kristallklares, türkisfarbenes Wasser. Praktisch ist die Pizzeria direkt nebenan. 400 m entfernt ist ein neues, sehr gutes Restaurant „Clanto“ (5 Google-Sterne) für neapolitanische Pizza und apulische Küche Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Essig, Öl, Gewürz, Zucker, Kaffee…Tools usw. Boot kann man in Gallipoli oder Santa Maria di Leuca mieten ca. 25-35 Minuten entfernt (die Vermieter in Torre S.Giovanni waren nicht erreichbar). Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen Ri Taranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce. Leider waren wir viel zu kurz vor Ort, aber die Wohnung war nur 3 Nächte frei… 😢 Die adriatische Seite gefällt uns bisher nicht so gut wie die ionisch

Magnifique logement ( nous étions dans l’appartement deux) , dans une masseria absolument magnifique! Une piscine extraordinaire, un coin pour chiller le soir, une cuisine partagée très bien équipée…bref un endroit exceptionnel, au calme, au milieu des champs de blés, absolument génial!

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place. we had everything we needed in regards to supplies - soap, shampoo, full kitchen and washer. very convenient location and close to the sandy beach. Lorenzo and his mother were very attentive to our needs and made certain that our stay was comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again at Lorenzo's place when we visit Puglia again. Wonderful hosts, both Lorenzo and his mother.

Daniele was really helpful. Let us check in early. The place was incredible, we had a great time. Short walk to amazing and quiet beach. They gave us some water because the tap water was not drinkable. Comfy beds.

De accomodatie is echt perfect, bij aankomst werden we zee vriendelijk ontvangen en stond er een eigen gebakken taatt voor ons klaar. Alles was netjes schoon en in de keuken waren alle viorzieningen aanwezig, zelfs kruiden en olijfolie. In de tuin waan je je in je eigen oase, zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad en de BBQ (voorzien van houtskool) staan ter beschikken. Geweldig en zeker iets om terug naar te keren
