Holiday rentals with beach access in San Francisco

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

I stayed for a full week, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge, oil and vinegar in the cabinet, magnification mirror in the bathroom, throw blankets on the couch, and more. It was easy to get in and out of the unit, and I was surprised at how quiet it was on the street. I would stay here again for sure!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Cranston’s place is sparkling clean with everything we needed. I booked it for my parents and they took full advantage of the convenient location, walking to the beach and Golden Gate Park. There’s also a Safeway nearby.

We had a very pleasant stay at Dawn's She is very welcoming and caring. The accommodation, well located, is charming, as is the very pleasant garden. A small haven of peace and tranquility.

Chase’s place was exactly as described. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like labels for WiFi, extra toiletries and even a few office supplies. I was very happy & surprised to find two luggage racks. Chase even accommodated an extremely late check-in, due to my train being delayed four hours. There’s no question that I would stay here again. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

A fabulous accommodation set in a quiet peaceful part of Northwestern San Francisco. Very easy to find, large garage for our vehicle. Lovely little restaurants. grocery shops etc within easy walking distance. As a base for exploring this part of California I don't think it can be beaten. Definitely coming back again

This was our second stay at Gigi's, and you'd be hard pressed to find better accommodations. Clean, homey, comfortable, best coffee/breakfast in SF. We love all the books and SF artwork throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

Exactly what we needed for a few days in SF. Much more comfortable and quiet than a hotel and everyone had their own bed and space. Host was responsive and place was clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well after long days of walking and exploring. We would definitely stay there again.

Jennifer was a great host! She was super responsive and proactive when we messaged her throughout our stay. Our pup loved the dog door to the yard and walks at Thornton (2 min drive). It was easy to get to the city (quick drive to BART or driving).

Wonderful location! Plenty of places to eat and get coffee within walking distance. Of course parking was a little tough but that’s a given staying within the city and so close to both the beach and golden state park! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Two important things to me and staying somewhere. 10/10 air bnb it was a great location!

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

This was a perfect base camp for us for our two day stay in the Bay Area as we celebrated/attended our daughter’s graduation from USF. The home looked as pictured and was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was so cute and we loved keeping the windows open and just feeling the night breeze and felt perfectly safe to do so. The neighborhood was walkable and we found some great wats in the area too.

We had a great stay in Rachael’s studio and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and private place to unwind and recharge those batteries. The listing was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The apartment itself is bright, nicely appointed and located in a beautiful residential area not far from Montara State Beach. Though we didn’t meet Rachael in person, communication with her was easy and she was always available for questions etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

Nice cozy place and good location.

An absolutely beautiful, well appointed, and maintained home. It was a fabulous place to be for our vacation. The mattresses were heavenly. Highly recommend. We will return.

Melanie's place was perfect for me. Within walking distance to the beach & local restaurants. The condo was neat & tidy with lots of interesting decor. Thank You for letting me be your guest!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
