An unforgettable stay in the heart of Florence! Our time in Oltrarno was nothing short of magical, and this apartment was a huge part of that experience. The space is beautifully designed—bright, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with authentic Florentine charm. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful ambiance. The location couldn’t be better. Tucked away on a quiet street just across the Arno, we were steps from artisan shops, cozy cafés, local markets, and some of the best trattorias in the city. It was the perfect blend of local authenticity and easy access to all the major sights. We were met upon arrival and couldn’t have been more welcomed. Paolo patiently walked us through the apartment, which—like many things in Europe—works a little differently than we’re used to in America. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home and set the tone for an amazing stay! We can’t wait to return!!!

Cinzia’s place had everything we needed and very nice personal touches that made us feel at home. It is centrally located and we walked everywhere. She was also very flexible for our checkout and helped answer all our questions. Note that the flat is on a street where vendors set up their shops everyday and there are tourists everywhere. But we felt safe all the time. There is NO street noise with the windows closed, which was awesome. We slept very well. Overall, great stay and great host!

This was our favorite stay on our trip! Great quiet location but close to all the sights. Mauricio’s place was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. 100% recommend!

Beautiful apartment in Florence. Located near a lot of great restaurants and walkable to other areas of the city where we went for tours. The restaurant recommendations given were excellent (just make sure you heed their note to make reservations!) easy check in/check out. The lift in the apartment makes it easy to get luggage up the stairs. AC unit in the kitchen and bedroom worked very well. Only had one hiccup during our stay when the key was changed, but it was sorted out timely.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

Amazing apartment in the middle of everything, shops, supermarket, sightseeing. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. I would stay here again if I come back to Florence.

The house is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The sound and thermal insulation is excellent. Even at the height of the Italian summer heat, the house was very cool and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible, just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Sara was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to ensure that I had an amazing experience. Check-in was very simple and the location was easy to find. In the house, you will find several guidelines and tips for guests, which is very useful. I highly recommend it! An incredible experience!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The air conditioning was very effective and much appreciated since it was 90+ degrees while we were in town. The location was convenient, right in the middle of everything and walkable to all sights in just a few minutes. The Uffizi is literally around the corner and ponte vecchio is at your doorstep. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Their book of recommended shops and restaurants came in handy. We visited a gelato shop and a restaurant they recommended and both were excellent. The washer & dryer were great too. We managed to do all of our laundry. The hosts also stocked the apartment nicely with toiletries, a few breakfast snacks and after-dinner drinks. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Claudio was waiting for us at the door during check-in and explained everything step by step. Everything was just like in the photos. He only mentioned that the dishwasher was out of service due to a malfunction. The location is just a 3-minute walk from Florence’s main train station, and about 15–20 minutes on foot from most major attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price is on the higher side, but it's worth it. I would recommend this place.

The apartment is very well located, close to the city center,but also to the train station. On the adjacent streets there are many restaurants, cafes and mixed shops. The place was clean, having all the necessary for a relaxing stay. The host responded promptly to every message and provided me with useful information. I will definitely come back.

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

Alessandra’s place was exactly as advertised. The location is ideal, centrally situated within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with guests in mind. For instance, since we were traveling with two young children, they had already prepared a small bathtub, changing table, high chair, portable crib, and other essentials for us. Alessandra was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They also provided a detailed guide to the apartment along with great recommendations for local spots. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

By far our favourite Airbnb and stay so far. La Velline is so incredibly stunning, the gardens, the room, the view, the pool everything is perfect. We did not want to leave, Chiara was so responsive in her communication and was so kind to give us a late check out so our baby could have his morning sleep before we left. If you are thinking of somewhere to stay in Tuscany look no further. 10/10! Thank you Chiara 😊

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Tina and Diego are very welcoming hosts and always available to help you during your stay. The accommodation itself is very nice, with its small garden. It has absolutely everything you need for a great stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet, but yet very close to all the cultural and tourist places of the city. Everything is done on foot without problems. An ideal setting to discover the beautiful city of Florence.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!
