フィレンツェの宿泊所の中で特に安かった。 1人用の部屋だったが、Andreaに2人で宿泊していいか確認したら快く承諾してくれた。 駅からとても近く、重い荷物をすぐに置けた点でロケーションは◯ ドォーモ等主要な観光地からもそんなに遠くない。 部屋は狭いけれど、日本でいう1kの一人暮らしの部屋と変わらない。むしろ居心地がよかった。 キッチンの設備が整っていたので、市場で食材を買い、調理して食べられた！そこが一番嬉しかった点！

First I like to say Michela went out of the way to help us reach Florence. Our train detoured to another city and basically felt stuck. Michela gave us the numbers for different taxis to help us get to our destination. As for the place. it was great. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect for us. It had everything we needed for our stay and Michela was responsive the entire time. We would stay here again.

lovely apartment, very large and fit our family of 4 very comfortably. equipped with AC to beat the summer heat and a very roomy bathroom as well. restaurants and stores within walking distance, 20 min walk to santa maria novella train station. we would stay again!

A great experience overall: easy access to all attractions meanwhile far away enough from the over-crowded city center. Luca is super helpful, he gave clear instructions, offered to help arrange taxis, and suggested really great spots to visit and dine. The apartment itself is as described and large enough for two. The only thing to notice is that it’s on the second floor with narrow stairs.

Absolutely perfect gem of a place on San Spirito district. The home itself was authentic on the exterior and totally modern inside the flat. Clean, quiet and well-appointed. The location for the home was ideal for our five days in Florence. Aside fr a taxi to and from the train station, we walked everywhere in Florence right out our front door. The neighborhood itself is filled with markets, great cafes and restaurants and fun little shops. We 100% recommend this flat for a vacation rental and hope to be back soon! PS the stairs to the flat are not as bad as everyone says!

What a beautiful room! Once owned by princess of Poland, it is fit for a princess indeed. Loved sleeping amidst the frescoes. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC keeps the room very cool, and the view of the dome from the roof simply can’t be beat! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. Very helpful with lots of recommendations too. Grazie!!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

A casa é ampla, iluminada e tem uma decoração lindíssima. O isolamento acústico e térmico é excelente. Mesmo no auge do calor do verão italiano, a casa estava muito fresca e confortável. O bairro é ótimo, com bares, restaurantes e um supermercado a poucos passos de distância. Os pontos turísticos são facilmente acessíveis, a apenas 15 a 20 minutos de caminhada. Sara foi incrivelmente gentil e atenciosa, sempre disposta a garantir que eu tivesse uma experiência incrível. O check-in foi muito simples e a localização fácil de encontrar. Na casa, você encontrará várias orientações e dicas para os hóspedes, o que é muito útil. Super recomendo! Uma experiência incrível!

This stay was great and Gugliemo was wonderful. I was nervous about arriving later than I had originally stated but he was understanding and friendly. he was really helpful and very communicative. he offered suggestions for what to do and where to go, and checked on us throughout the stay. The place was excellent, had everything we needed, and exactly as expected. access to the terrace and it's wonder views is a really lovely privilege to have! Definitely a 5/5 service. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Josephine was extremely proactive with her communication. She provided easy to follow check-in/check-out instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was a breeze and we received a quick tour of the place. The AirBnB was exactly like the pictures with a spectacular rooftop view of Florence. The place was spacious and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. This place was hard to leave and has moved to the top of our list for our next trip to Florence.

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

Great location! Very quiet and comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Visited restaurants recommended by our host, which were great! Air conditioning was very welcoming after a few hot days in Florence! Thanks for having us!

Wunderbare Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und extrem gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Familien ein Traum, da es sich um ein großes, abgeschlossenes Gelände handelt, auf welchem die Kinder sich gefahrlos frei bewegen können. Es gibt sogar einige Spielgeräte und ein Trampolin. Auch der Pool war blitzsauber und ein echtes Highlight. Chiara war eine freundliche, bemühte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.
