Quiet house, on the riverfront in a green setting with shared access with the owner to the garden and BBQ. Ideal accommodation for a stay in the countryside but close to all amenities (The center of Sospel is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation). This 80 m2 apartment consists of a covered terrace with balcony, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and 2 toilets.

The villa consists of two housing units: Alba Apartment and Barolo Apartment, ideal accommodations for 4 guests per unit. On the roof, a relaxation area has been created, a "solarium" with a hot tub (4m x 2m) and views of the Cannubi vineyards.
