The photos don't do justice to the wonderful place it is, simply charming. A perfect place to disconnect. As a recommendation, you should stay more than one night, as one is not enough to take advantage of the place.

By far the most complete Airbnb I've ever been to. It really is made from one woman to another, or at least the concern is very clear! Even makeup removers were at our disposal.

Claudia's house is beautiful. With a beautiful view of the mountain, near the river. The house is very clean, well maintained, nice pool, large and safe space. I took 2 dogs that had a great time, well-fenced yard so they are safe. Claudia is very kind and in front they sell a very rich kneaded bread... we will return, we loved everything... Claudia was also flexible with the schedule, which is much appreciated... take care of this little house as if it were yours... since it is a treasure...

We loved the place and its tranquility, the weather was exquisite to spend the day in the pool next to the trees, we hope to go back soon, highly recommended to go to disconnect. The host is always available and very easy to work with.

I loved everything! It was exactly what we were looking for, a place near Santiago but isolated enough to be able to relax and enjoy nature. The view was BEAUTIFUL and the cabin was very nice and cozy. Matías was very kind and gave us many facilities, a super good host. I would definitely go back happy and I recommend it 100%♥️

We had the perfect stay in Santiago. Chris is a communicative host, quick to respond and with very clear instructions. We talked via Wpp, which also made it a lot easier. The environment is small, but ideal for a couple. It was fully equipped, with pots, glasses, cutlery, etc. Everything is quite clean and neat. The bathroom is regular, with a small bathtub, but nothing to complain about. The cost-benefit that Chris offers is great, as the location is just a few meters from Tobalaba Station, along with the Costanera Center and the Urban Market. We did everything by subway and it was easy. The neighborhood is high-end, so it's very safe. The building appears to be a bit old, but everything worked perfectly. Of all my stays with Airbnb, this was the best and most complete.

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Very modern and well equipped apartment. On Providencia you can find every kind of shop or restaurant, and on the other side you have a beautiful you have a beautiful riverside park with a sculpture garden and views of impressive mountains.

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to the Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but it is only possible to see them when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

The apartment is very comfortable and complete, especially considering that we traveled with a baby. The location was safe and close to basic necessities. You can walk to supermarkets and the Parque Arauco mall

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Excellent apartment: all functional, great shower, kitchen with all necessary items, super comfortable bed, sofa idem…the neighborhood is charming, full of restaurants and interesting places, nice to walk around, we loved the stay! Christian and Laura are always quick to respond and help!! I definitely recommend it to everyone on the platform and when I return to Santiago, I would stay again!!
