Francisco’s instructions were great. The view and the pool were fabulous. Window AC was good for sleeping. Central air would have been better. Over all had a really nice stay!

Erick was a great host! The apartment was amazing! Very clean and peaceful with beautiful ocean views. Definitely staying again when on Rio Grande area!

great place to stay! very clean and safe area. kia was very helpful and kind, overall a great host! the room closest to the front door can get a bit noisy if there’s other people right outside but it didn’t bother us much. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

My trip to PR was short but jam packed with activities, and this place was a good place to stay after a long day of exploring. Super calm and quiet area. Comfy and comfy apartment. I enjoyed my stay.

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

This place was exactly what we needed for our 9 day trip. Everything was clean inside and out. She responded quickly when we arrived to check in. I would highly recommend anyone to stay. I'll be visiting again and would hope to find this place available once again.

Wow. What a place. This is a great property, less than a block from the ocean, and with a nice view from the front balcony. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the property and Cecilia was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and a very generous soul. The property also had some beach chairs which was great for us. We had a great stay and would return again! Thanks so much, for a great stay, Cecilia!

We stayed for the second time and we loved how accessible Juan was at the time of communicating with him. The place is quiet and everything is very comfortable. Thank you Juan and the Neighbor who was always very attentive to us!!

We loved the experience at Giuseppe’s place; definitely what we were looking for. He was very responsive, great communication and clean place. The view, breathtaking! Definitely coming back again!

Words can’t describe the view of Amy’s place. You can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the evening. You feel right at home, it’s cozy and homey. Book this condo, you won’t regret it!!!

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay at Damary’s place, especially the beachfront view every morning!! The beach in front of the apartment is a surf beach, so it is not crowded, it was the perfect spot to relax! We had some issues at check-in, but Damary’s made sure we were taken care of, we appreciated her quick response! Overall it was an amazing stay and we wish we could have stayed a few days longer!

We loved the place except that the check in instructions were not accurate and we were stranded for an hour below the apartment building as we did not have the key card to enter the elevator and the host did not respond. A fellow resident was kind enough to help us enter the elevator with his key card. I would suggest the host to make his check in instructions more accurate. The host responded on the second day of our stay and when we expressed our inconvenience, he again stopped responding. Overall ok experience! Place was good for 2 people and decently clean. View is beautiful.
