It's our little haven of peace. Bottom of the villa, open view on garden,accessible by a staircase that also leads to the beach little overgrown because of its difficult access. A few meters from the train station, which is convenient if you come by train and to discover the region by train ( Monaco, Italy, Nice, Menton... nearby) and put the car down for the holidays. On the other hand, the trains pass by the house... ( by day, early enough and stop at night) is not a nuisance for us but it is according to.
