Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Lorenzo

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Walter was great! He was super communicative and helpful, getting me whatever I needed whenever I asked. He was also super welcoming, hosting me for dinner on my second night. I extended my stay by two nights because I enjoyed my stay so much. If I ever come back to Avola, I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful property of Luisa e Alfonso. The house is wonderfully located at the end of a hill with a wonderful view of the countryside. The beautiful cottage is nice and cozy, so we felt very comfortable.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

We absolutely adored being in Uccio’s family home for a week 💛 his parents & him were so welcoming and attentive to our needs… our two year old quickly got to know the yard very well and enjoyed playing on the toys there and watching the cats, chickens & dog! He was so cared for by Uccio’s mumma too and she made us all feel so at home… even had a Sicilian cooking lesson! Fresh eggs and the freshest produce… what a beautiful stay. Grazie miele! The villa is even better than pictured. The house was very clean & was decorated lovely inside. The outdoor areas & pools were gorgeous. Although we did find the pool got quite dirty over our weeks stay from bugs and debris, a pool cover might help with this. The hosts were incredibly helpful & were always on hand with fabulous recommendations for parking, restaurants etc. Definitely need a small car for the roads, especially the last one leading up to the villa. The only downside we did find was the rubbish disposal. We were reminded multiple times throughout the week to take all of our rubbish at the end of the stay to a local recycling centre. There are about 4 different recycling bins at the Villa so to have to take all of this in our small rental car to a recycling centre which is only open at certain times we found frustrating especially when paying a 150 euro cleaning fee. Apart from this the stay was pretty faultless and the villa & grounds were amazing.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded to us quickly with questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We've been regularly visiting Sicily for many years, and this was by far the best Airbnb experience so far. Not only was the apartment spotless and equipped with everything and more a guest could ask for, but the hosts are just such lovely and respectful people. Receiving garden goods and fresh eggs for breakfast was an absolute unexpected delight. If you're looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in a perfect location by the sea, don't hesitate to visit this place!

We stayed only for a day, the flat had everything we wanted. We could easily walk to Ortigia and the area is safe as we walked back late at night. Fabio recommended restaurants and they were superb. Recommend this place.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

I think it is the best apartment in Pozzallo.

A very pretty house right in front of the beautiful beach. Very comfortable and friendly host If I go to Syracuse again, I definitely want to stop by again!

Titi’s place is an amazing experience if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. She is an extremely welcoming host and very responsive with local suggestions from restaurants to activities. She helped us greatly with booking a boat tour as well as reservations w restaurants. Her home has a lovely garden which she was kind enough to share with us. She also has some friendly dogs and cats. She is a five star host and we look forward to staying at her home in the future.

Upon our arrival we found the house very clean both inside and outside and the owners, Antonella and Sergio, left us some very welcome drinks in the fridge (it never happens!) The house is stocked with everything you need in both the bathrooms and the kitchen (even coffee pods!) and the spaces are very comfortable. The garden has a shower that allows you to wash in total privacy and we really appreciated it, as well as the water purifier that avoids heavy purchases at the supermarket. In addition, the location of the house is strategic for visiting the most beautiful places in this part of eastern Sicily. Antonella and Sergio are extraordinary people: scrupulous, always available and generous. We'll be back to see you… both the apartment and the hosts deserve 5 stars!

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is just a few steps from the archaeological park, which makes it the ideal place for those who want to attend shows at the Greek theater. Highly recommended!
