Villa Ribella è una bella casa di campagna recentemente ristrutturata circondata solamente dalle colline e dai boschi astigiani. Ha due appartamento spaziosi Roero e Monferrato. L'appartamento Roero ha due camere da letto più un divano letto in cucina e un bagno. Completa la proprietà una grande piscina circondata dal verde. La casa è ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Se si è in tanti si possono affittare entrambi gli appartamenti che sono potenzialmente comunicanti.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
