Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Venice overlooking canals and most of Venice. The large private balcony was the highlight of the apartment . It is a short distance away from the busy tourist areas but these are easily accessible. There were loads of lovely places to eat close by and supermarkets to buy supplies. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely the place to stay when visiting Venice!!! It was peaceful and quaint and absolutely gorgeous!!! Very comfortable place to come back to after a long day of touring the city.

This place is truly special. Aside from it being spotless, spacious, and walkable to all things Venice, it was truly unique. The old building transformed into a modern apartment was amazing, and the view was beyond compare. It was surreal to look out the windows and see the gondolas go by! Beds were comfy and the rooms were very quieter at night, making for a restful sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a really pleasant, quieter area with a lot of access to restaurants, experiences etc at a place that felt refreshing and like home.

We enjoyed the apartment very much! The location, the old building, the canal right at our front door, the patio in the back, the easy walk to almost anywhere, quieter area than the main tourist sites - all of it made for an enjoyable and memorable stay!

Fabio was a wonderful host, and his place was beautiful. It was out of the touristy areas, which was nice for some peace and quiet after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Fabio’s place to anyone visiting Venice!

It’s a lovely home, decorated chic and was clean with nice closets for hanging! It’s a right in the middle of many walkable places close to the water, museums, great restaurants, shopping! It’s so nice that it has two beds, the pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable though, could feel the springs. I wish there was some sort of padded top layer since it’s most likely always open to be a bed anyways. The main bedroom bed was comfy and big. The room was noisy till late as it’s near a bar, but I packed a White Noise machine and it helped me sleep. Just beware we had fees that incurred from our connecting flight being delayed many times. They asked for flight info, I assumed to know any changes, and I communicated each flight delay as soon as the gate updated…but we wound up having to pay around $100 for arriving later than originally setup. After having a longer unfortunate day of travel, it hurt to have to pay all that extra money for something out of our control. We went straight there.

This is a wonderful apartment in a quite area. It is very comfortable and is just as pictured. We loved our daily view from the balcony. Very walkable location to the main areas (15-20 min to main area). There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Please note there are no elevators. I simply filled my extra carry on at the base of the stairs to make it easier for me to get the luggage up the stairs. Be sure to follow their clear instructions to get to the apartment…. Definitely take their instructions for the Valporetti Ferry. It brings you just 3 minutes away from their location. Avoid walking from the train station because you will encounter many bridges with no ramps.. not fun! The air runs from the living room so we kept the bedroom door open to keep it cooler. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a full kitchen and washer… everything was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed staying at this apartment. All three of us were able to get our own bed and have a private space! The neighborhood was quiet and there was a public water fountain right outside for access to water (perfect in this Italian heat!). It was also close to a water bus stop so travel felt easy as well. Eleonara was helpful and through during our stay. We had great recommendations and tips from her to ensure our trip was stress-free!

The apartment was perfect for us. Clean modern and easy to use amenities . Air conditioning and washer dryer were a huge bonus for us. A grocery nearby called Coop, easy to find. We had an excellent time and felt very comfortable.

She is an incredible host. From the moment we arrived at the Venice station, she stayed in touch with us. She provided clear instructions and met us at the boat stop. She spent an hour with us at her place, giving us a great orientation to the area and an overview of her home. We enjoyed our stay, explored a lot, and visited many attractions. Overall, we loved her place and highly recommend both the accommodation and the host.

Anna's appartment is absolutely wonderful. If you get a chance to stay here for a real Venetian experience I recommend it. When we return to Venice again the first place we will look at is Anna's apartment. The photos & desrciption don't do the apartment justice. Thank you Anna again for letting us stay. Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location with not one, but three Juliet balconies that overlook a canal! The apartment is air-conditioned in the living and bedroom and has all the amenities you need. From start to finish the host had great communication and I was met at the vaporetto (water bus) and shown to the apartment, which was super helpful! Would absolutely stay here and again and recommend to a friend!

Great apartment, well located, easy to reach San Marco square.

Place was very very close to the main plaza and look just like the photos, it was clean and had lovely surprise of having some small packets of nutella, strawberry jam and cookies to eat with some coffee… Overall very good, only recommendation to the host would be to give some maintenance to the air conditioning since we didn’t felt it could reach the cold levels one wants yet it did freshen the room so it was fine. Martina is also very responsive and helpful.. she helped us book a private taxi boat to give us a tour through the canals.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.
