Access via a short internal staircase with a large under-stair space ideal for storing bikes, suitcases, etc. Paid parking is available below the house and free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The apartment is located in the Oltretorrente neighborhood, in the historic center, close to all the areas of socio-cultural interest in the city. Recently renovated, it is on the second floor of an old monastery served by an elevator. The studio, despite being modest in size, includes a full kitchen, a large dining table, a single bed and 1/2 (120cm wide and comfortable even for two people) and a truly luxurious bathroom.
