Holiday rentals with beach access in San-Martino-di-Lota

Very well located accommodation next to the market square and the Old Port. The only drawback is that it's on the fourth floor, without an elevator, but there is a very beautiful view from the many windows of the apartment.

Jacques-Philippe rents a beautiful apartment in the middle of the action. The communication with him went great. The apartment is perfect for exploring Bastia for a few days. A parking garage is directly nearby, as well as a supermarket for the basics in the apartment.

Ideal accommodation for two people. Very well located near St Florent (shops) with a superb view of the sea. The possible access to the beach on foot is an undeniable plus. Very quiet residence. The accommodation is well-equipped. The air conditioning was very much appreciated at night during this period of high heat. Clean accommodation. A delightful place to stay. The property is well equipped and very peaceful. It is quite isolated so a car is essential.

We felt like we had landed in a little paradise. The accommodation with a spacious terrace is absolutely enchanting and the small gazebo overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. The house is exceptionally well located, ideal for visiting the north of Cap Corse. The views from each window are like postcards of the sea. A rooftop completes this ensemble. The house is in a village where all amenities are a 5-minute walk away. All this made it possible to fully enjoy our stay.

Sandy's apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easy to reach from the parking lot (where there is always plenty of space to park). The location is easy to find and reach, despite the busy city of Bastia. Immediately upon arrival, after the warm welcome from Sandy, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and functionally furnished. There is a balcony across the entire width, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, with a magnificent view of the sea. The sound of the waves gives a 'zen' feeling and in the evening it is good to stay on the balcony. The location is an excellent base for discovering Cap Corse and afterwards a resting place to relax again. Sandy was always immediately available and also gave us a number of tips about restaurants and other things. Nearby, less than 10 minutes away, you can walk via a beach road to the harbor of Toga where there are a number of bars and restaurants.

We really appreciated the flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times, as well as the small welcome gift. Small details that make a difference.

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean, tastefully furnished and nothing was missing! Beautiful view of the sea, quiet location and the beach is within walking distance. The area can be easily explored by car. Isabelle was very nice and always available. We can recommend the accommodation, even with a dog.

Damien is very friendly, the area is stunning, the surrounding is very calm, close the the Poretta Airport (5 mins drive), close to the beaches (7-10 mins) and the city centre is 15 mins away. I highly recommend the place.
