In zona tranquilla, ma non isolata; panetteria, due supermercati e due ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi; fermata dell'autobus a 350 metri. Accettiamo gli animali purché non siano mai lasciati soli nel loft o nel giardino.

It is located 700 m from the train station from which you can reach Turin or Bra (gate of Langhe and Roero) in less than half an hour. Carmagnola, famous for the national pepper fair, is included in the Po River Park and is home to an important Natural History Museum.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi
