the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

I had an amazing time staying at Poncho's. he is an incredible host, also available when you need and so helpful and kind. the apartment is so beautiful. private, secure, a fabulous little outdoor balcony, full kitchen with some extras like cooking oil which i really appreciated. there is lovely park and church close by. and heaps of restaurants including a cheap fruit and veg local store 3 blocks from a main road. would definitely stay again. gracias por todo Poncho!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Property managers were great and incredibly responsive. Apartment is new and immaculate, in a great location, and the views are amazing. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants.

Great place in a great location! Efrain was super attentive. He even made sure someone delivered salt when we realized we didn’t have any. The location is honestly the best part: right in the middle of everything. Just two blocks from the Aqua Safari pier if you’re diving, with great restaurants nearby, and the Mega supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away. The only issue we had, which we shared with the host, was that the place was scorching hot when we arrived because the AC had been off, and the condo’s west-facing walls get a lot of afternoon sun. Efrain mentioned that you can request to have the AC turned on before your arrival, which I highly recommend doing, especially if you’re visiting during the hot summer months.

The property is gorgeous and the apartment is large, yet cozy, and it was absolutely spotless! We loved the neighborhood. Close enough to walk to the tourist area, and close to the supermarket and there’s a convenience store a few short and lovely blocks away. We had fabulous communication from our wonderful host, and Martha the property manager, who is a lovely person, checked with us daily. The host organized our cab back to the ferry via Martha, and it was her husband and he was also lovely. All of the appliances were in excellent condition and the home is well equipped with everything we needed. There was even an enormous bottle of water - more than we needed for our one week visit. There’s a fantastic, private patio. There’s a cool cat who guards the property. The pool is sparkling clean. It’s a quiet, safe area. We walked around at night, chatting to locals and petting their dogs. The AC units are very powerful, and we were always able to have plenty of hot water. 10 stars

It seems like a good place to stay, although the air conditioner in the living room does not work, there was no problem because the apartment was cool. It had all the necessary amenities and is just as described.

Very nice place, better than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise. The beaches are rocky and not sandy. We enjoyed snorkeling to the right of La Monina Restaurant but never ate there. Mucuy Jugos & Breakfast was absolutely delicious and I recommend that you try one of their healthy juices. Pool was large, nice, clean and has an outdoor shower which is especially great for after snorkeling.

This is a beautiful space, we loved staying here! Close to the center and the marina but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend renting wheels to get around town as it’s a bit of a walk to get to the center and it’s fun to drive to the undeveloped side of Cozumel. Keyla and her husband were super friendly, providing us with water and whatever else we needed help with. The Airbnb has screen doors that allow a nice breeze through the living space, the kitchen had everyone we needed to make basic meals, and the shower was super big and nice. It was perfect for the three of us to stay for a week (my boyfriend, friend, and I). Highly recommend!

We visit Cozumel frequently and without any doubt this condo is the best place we have stayed in, it is extra big, has the best view directly to the ocean, right in front of one of the Cruceros terminals, the condo is equipped with everything you need for anything you need, from phone loaded to washer and dryer, abundant kitchen utensils, super cold air conditioning, Amy is always on the slope for any questions or things you need, in addition directly to Cozumel is Martin , he also attended us to make sure our stay was the most comfortable , during our stay we needed a cot and a baby chair, and we were surprised that they were also among the things that this place counts, definitely recommend this condo and I guarantee that we will stay again and very soon in this great place for our next visit to Cozumel Paradise.

Excellent option to stay in Cozumel, very central area and the place is just like the pictures.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate condo. The unit exceeded our expectations and is probably the nicest we've stayed in anywhere in Mexico. IT's bright, clean, very spacious and modern. From the pics, we expected a tiny plunge pool but it was much bigger and better than that. The only downfall is its location somewhat far from downtown and the ocean but we enjoy walking and didn't consider it a hinderance at all. Guests should realize that Cozumel does not have sandy beaches in the townsite so you have to expect a long walk or rent a bike or vehicle of some sort. We loved the island and it's vibe, will definitely return. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

We booked this place to go scuba diving and use it as our base. Jorge was very accommodating and even let us leave our luggage early so we could go on our first dives. Love the location, it was easy to walk to various locations to grab food/coffee and to take the ferry to playa. Would recommend staying here and eating at Crazy King Burrito across the street!

This was a delightful little place. A little confusing to find but Blanca greeted us on the corner. The place was extremely clean and functional. She had a decorated Christmas tree in the living room which was a nice touch for the holiday.

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

It was a wonderful stay, it lacked a little cleanliness but I think it was an oversight in the kitchen, but everything was great. Excellent location behind Coco Bongo and right next to Quinta Avenida.

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

Everything was very clean and very good attention. We were not able to arrive at check-in time but ericka was always pending to be able to deliver the Llave as soon as we arrived and in the same way very attentive to everything, 100% recommended

Very nice views, the hotel is very nice and an excellent location near the quinta. And very good service from everyone!

Condo was just as pictured. Very clean and lots of room. Full kitchen and laundry was very handy during our stay. Pool and gym are lovely. Easy walk to 5th. All staff at this location were very helpful. Would stay again.

We have been coming to Residencias Reef for over 10 years and it never disappoints. You feel safe. You have everything you need from 2 heated beautiful pools to a gorgeous private beach. If you dive they will pick you up on the dock out front of Secrets, so convenient. Walk a short distance on the beach and have your choice of a few restaurants and entertainment at Paradise beach. Town is about 20 min taxi ride 250 pesos now. It’s truly paradise! We stayed at Monarch by the sea 6300 this time. The views from the wrap around patio and especially the private rooftop deck were incredible. Best sunset views without leaving your place. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very well stocked. We cooked everyday including using the grill on the deck most nights. You really want for nothing. Alex arranged massages for us with only a day notice! Absolute perfection.
