lugar centrico a unas calles del puerto y facil de llegar la habitacion tenia lo necesario y funcional, paco respodia de inmediato, ideal si no necesitas de grandes lujos, me parecio un precio accesible

This is a beautiful space, we loved staying here! Close to the center and the marina but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend renting wheels to get around town as it’s a bit of a walk to get to the center and it’s fun to drive to the undeveloped side of Cozumel. Keyla and her husband were super friendly, providing us with water and whatever else we needed help with. The Airbnb has screen doors that allow a nice breeze through the living space, the kitchen had everyone we needed to make basic meals, and the shower was super big and nice. It was perfect for the three of us to stay for a week (my boyfriend, friend, and I). Highly recommend!

Una estancia muy agradable, el departamento muy céntrico para caminar y para ir a correr por el malecón. Zona muy tranquila sin ruidos y una cama muy cómoda,El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien lo cual permite descansar mucho mejor. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el departamento de Pedro.

The property is gorgeous and the apartment is large, yet cozy, and it was absolutely spotless! We loved the neighborhood. Close enough to walk to the tourist area, and close to the supermarket and there’s a convenience store a few short and lovely blocks away. We had fabulous communication from our wonderful host, and Martha the property manager, who is a lovely person, checked with us daily. The host organized our cab back to the ferry via Martha, and it was her husband and he was also lovely. All of the appliances were in excellent condition and the home is well equipped with everything we needed. There was even an enormous bottle of water - more than we needed for our one week visit. There’s a fantastic, private patio. There’s a cool cat who guards the property. The pool is sparkling clean. It’s a quiet, safe area. We walked around at night, chatting to locals and petting their dogs. The AC units are very powerful, and we were always able to have plenty of hot water. 10 stars

Estancia placentera, lugar acogedor, céntrico, cómodo y buena relación precio y calidad

This was our 3rd time renting from Daniel. Always nice rooms and always responsive to our questions or concerns. The Suites is a beautiful hidden gem outside of town that is close to the marina for divers, and the kitchens are equipped for cooking your own meals. We will be back!

Fantastic place, very spacious, close to the sea and central, yet peaceful. Kids loved the small swimming pools to refresh after a day outdoor. We (family of 4) loved it!

We booked this place to go scuba diving and use it as our base. Jorge was very accommodating and even let us leave our luggage early so we could go on our first dives. Love the location, it was easy to walk to various locations to grab food/coffee and to take the ferry to playa. Would recommend staying here and eating at Crazy King Burrito across the street!

We had a fantastic stay! The room/bathroom were very clean and the bed was also very comfortable! Many restaurants in walkable distance and a grocery store right up the street. Would definitely choose stay again when we return to Cozumel!

La verdad, ¡estuvo súper! El lugar está muy bonito, tiene estacionamiento, alberca, terraza y asador (que no usamos, pero están padrísimos). Lo único malo fue que no pude usar la lavadora — jeje — estaría genial que estuviera disponible, sobre todo si te quedas varios días. El internet se iba de repente, pero fuera de eso, todo muy bien. ¡Lo recomiendo, hermoso lugar con hermosas vistas!

El alojamiento es perfecto, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La playa esta a 1 cuadra y la 5ta avenida a 2 cuadras, la ubicación es ideal. La alberca es maravillosa. Frank estuvo al pendiente de todo cuando lo necesitamos.

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Un excelente departamento para una pareja, bien ubicado varios súper cercanos, cerca de la quinta y cerca de las estaciones donde te recogen para ir a los parques Xcaret. Toda la estancia fue muy buena y Víctor siempre atento a lo que se necesite.

Property managers were great and incredibly responsive. Apartment is new and immaculate, in a great location, and the views are amazing. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito lugar, cómodo, cumple con las amenidades, salvo el centro de lavado están descompuestas, estacionamiento chico pero pues tiene si ganas el lugar. Me volvería alojar con gusto.
