Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, comfortable, the terrace and the pool were very relaxing to spend the afternoon. We only had a few problems at check-in with the access key, but then we talked to the host and he solved it by giving us a door number

An excellent apartment for a couple, well located, several supermarkets nearby, close to the highway and close to the stations where they pick you up to go to the Xcaret parks. The whole stay was very good and Victor was always attentive to what was needed.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Everything excellent, equipped kitchen, very comfortable rooms and beds, sometimes it was difficult to enter the building by the code but everything is excellent

The apartment is very well located, clean, huge, to our liking, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The service of the Resort staff is 10. Comfortable parking, safe place, they provide towels for the beach and pool, until 6:00 pm. We had a really good time.

The rental is literally in the middle of everything 5th street has to offer. The private pool is a special amenity. We used the kitchen to make a few meals. About a 3 minute walk to the beaches. And on top of all that I can’t say enough nice things about Stefano. He was very quick with replies for any messages we sent him. We had an issue arise and needed to leave 2 days early. Without any asking he refunded us for those days. He didn’t need to do that and we weren’t expecting him to. Shows what a truly nice person he is. Thank you again Stefano.

This home away from home was perfection in every way - responsive host, excellent location, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony overlooks the bustling street full of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet when you are inside. Great for morning coffee people and watching! The beach is an enjoyable 5 minute walk down the street, where you will pass all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop pools are relaxing, with many cabanas to choose from, and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. We will 100% stay here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen, and we will be sharing this gem with all our friends and family.

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's attentions were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provide many things that serve you to occupy on the beach. I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%
