Holiday rentals with a patio in San Miguel de Cozumel

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here for 9 days… The location is quiet and convenient, about a 10 mins walk to the large supermarkets and also convenient to restaurants and stores. There is a pharmacy about one block away. I preferred to stay farther from the main city center for a quieter setting. This location was a good balance but to get to some places you would want to rent a bike or scooter or get a taxi. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and they have thought of everything you would need. The hosts supply drinking water. I loved the terrace and the shower was also really nice, which can be hard to find in Cozumel!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

We had a great time at Manuel and Mira's house, Mira is a lovely and very helpful person. Very flexible with check in - check out, she gave us great advice on the area and was always available for any request. She even offered us an excellent soup made by her that we ate with pleasure. The room is decorated with a very personal taste, which makes it unique. very well equipped with everything you need, well ordered and organized. drinking water is provided as well as coffee, shampoo and conditioner, and a small stove for cooking. The location is quite convenient, you can't go to the center on foot but with a mototaxi you are there in 5 minutes and it is very cheap. highly recommended

We were met by Beto, the property manager and he was so welcoming and friendly that we instantly felt at home! He provided us with some basic essentials on our first day too, which were a really nice touch! Beto gave us great advice and when we needed something, he responded quite fast! We even mentioned we’d like a blender for our place and he provided one for us the very next day! When we contacted Baktygul directly, he also responded quickly! The outside spaces were fantastic (we loved the pool) and the inside was very comfortable and clean! The beds were quite comfortable too! Overall, we enjoyed our 2 months there and will definitely be going back one day!

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

Dayma’s flat is so cozy, has a great interior design and great distribution. Everything clean, including the pool and exterior furniture. High quality amenities, modern utilities and useful. She’s kind and always responsive.

Wonderful for a large group, with three floors for sleeping. Two kitchens with nicely sized dining table made meals and games flexible. Seating and large screen tv’s were welcoming in the two living areas. Rooftop with the plunge pool was used by almost everyone. A few games and puzzles provided family time in the evening. We felt safe and secure during our stay and traveling to and from our location. WiFi was good throughout the casa, which was helpful as my husband had to do a bit of work. Having full-size refrigerators was helpful and the washer & dryer as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is bringing a group of 5 or more. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

Casa Maky was amazing for me and my daughter. Couple blocks from everything you need. Great restaurants, some with pools and you can even jump in the ocean. No need to buy water, Carolina supplied plenty, as well as everything else you need, even toothbrush and toothpaste! I will be back and only rent one of Carolinas amazing properties. Perfect vacation.

We've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this might be the best we've ever stayed in. The pool, the yard, the decor, the aesthetic, the location, just everything about it was perfect. We loved it.

Lori is an incredible host and the space was so beautiful! Great for one person or a couple. More than that (a dog), it's a bit too small for our taste.

The description is accurate, the apartment is nice, the facilities are 10/10, always attentive to us, quick response, the staff is also very friendly. The location is 10/10, just a few minutes away you have a lot to do, we will return next year Thank you very much for the accommodation. It felt like home.

This is my second time staying at Sayu and once again I loved it! The suite is clean, comfy and private. The courtyard area has only gotten better since my last visit with sun beds and a cute welcoming vibe. The hosts are super accommodating and friendly and this has become my go-to spot in Cozumel!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

Everything excellent, equipped kitchen, very comfortable rooms and beds, sometimes it was difficult to enter the building by the code but everything is excellent

I have stayed at the El Cantil many times and I absolutely love the property. The location and the staff are amazing. This condo was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space and a beautiful view. We loved every minute of it. Thank you!!!

The pictures do not do it justice! The views are absolutely incredible and go forever. From the large comfortable porch, bedroom, living room and kitchen...you can't help looking through all the huge windows onto the turquese water! The location is so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Snorkeling right out front! About 10 minutes from town (we rented a car), so no in walking distance but easy to go pick up groceries and go to dinner. The home was well decorated, tall ceilings, large windows made it so peaceful and easy. Plenty of dishes & cookwear for eating there. The building is very new, easy secure parking, and even a small gym. Angelica was fantastic!! Very quick responses, helpful info, and very accommodating when our flights changed and was very flexible. Would absolutely stay here again and ready to be back!!
