Hi there!! My cosy studio apartment is located on the West side of Cagliari on the way to the airport, only 15 min walk to the city centre and Piazza Jenne. In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! The house is located in the countryside, a few minutes from the center of Marrubiu and Terralba. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde, such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little further along, you'll find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza, and others, each more beautiful than the last. In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
