Holiday rentals with beach access in San Pietro a Mare

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage und war über einen kurzen Fußweg vom Parkplatz aus zu erreichen. Wir wünschten uns Ruhe und einen Meeresblick von der Terrasse aus und das war dort zu 100% gegeben. Kein Lärm am Morgen oder Partys Abends. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns eine nette Begrüßung in Form von einer gekühlten Flasche leckeren Weißweines, einige Snacks sowie Kaffee. Den Hausstrand erreicht man nach einem 5 minütigen Weg über einen schmalen Pfad. Der Strand ist optisch sehr schön aber sehr steinig. Restaurants und Bars gibt es in dem Städtchen Isola Rossa, welches man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Dort ist auch der nächste Supermarkt gleich am Ortseingang. Damien ist jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich gewesen.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

Vom Balkon genießt man einen einmaligen Ausblick auf Badesi und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und ist zudem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, um die Insel zu erkunden.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ; - La vue est incroyable de la terrasse, - L’environnement très calme, - L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire (y compris les jeux de plage pour les enfants), promoteur irréprochable. - Tout le centre de Castelsardo est accessible à pied, Castelsardo est un village à ne pas manquer ! Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf. Een keurig appartement en een vriendellijk ontvangst door Carmelo. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben genoten van het terras met uitzicht op zee. Wij zouden het appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Très joli logement très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le village médiéval accroché à la colline et proche de toutes les commodités. Christine a été très réactive pour toutes les demandes. Durant le séjour, il y a eu une coupure générale de l'alimentation en eau, Christine nous a tout de suite proposé de nous louer une chambre d'hôtel à ses frais. Cela n'a pas été nécessaire, le problème ayant été résolu dans la journée. Nous recommandons ce logement d'un très bon rapport qualité prix pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner sur la cote ouest. My friends and I wanted a quiet place to relax at the beach and this was the absolute perfect place. The home was so cozy and the terrace had a beautiful view of the water. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and would send a message every once in a while to check in! Overall we had a great experience and really loved the house and location.

Das Häuschen war für uns ein Traum! Man ist direkt am Strand und hat völlig seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Im Ort gibt es nicht so viele Restaurants, so dass man entweder etwas fahren muss oder selbst kochen. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Laure und Benjamin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und beeindruckt vor allem durch den atemberaubenden Ausblick von der (Dach-)terrasse. Einige Nachbarskatzen kamen regelmäßig zu Besuch 😉 Es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchweg positiv und überaus freundlich. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Orte (Pkw zwingend erforderlich!) und ist im Mai nur mäßig besucht. Leere Strände überall. Traumhaft. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt jederzeit weiterempfehlen 😊

Die Unterkunft ist die Einliegerwohnung einer 60er Jahre Villa. Portobello ist eine "gated community" mit Pförtner etc. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Erwachsene perfekt oder max. noch kleine Kinder. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist der ehemalige Eingangsbereich und jetzt Durchgangszimmer. Ergo keinerlei Privatsphäre in diesem Raum. Wir waren zu zweit und für uns war es super. Die Wohnküche mit der angeschlossenen großen Terrasse bietet eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen etwas holprigen Gartenweg ums Haus herum. Nix für Leute mit Krücken / Rollstuhl oder einem sperrigen Kinderwagen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen Mini-Market; keine Restaurationsbetriebe mehr. Zum Essen gehen bieten sich die umliegenden Agriturismi an; Vignola Mare oder St. Teresa. Auto ist dringend von Nöten. Es gibt mehrere private Strände auf dem Gelände. Essen, lesen, wandern, ruhe genießen: das ist hier perfekt.

Quel Paradis !!! Nous étions aux anges. Séjour délicieux. Nicole et Antonio très sympathiques. La plus jolie partie de l'île... sauvage, plage à pied. Encore plus joli en vrai. Bref merveilleux.

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unten Küche mit Esstisch und oben 2 Schlafzimmer und das schöne Bad. Und von allen Zimmern dieser sensationelle Ausblick auf das Meer und den Turm direkt hinterm Haus. Nicola und Rita haben uns sehr nett empfangen und uns Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln, es war alles super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen… und diese traumhafte Aussicht wird mir hoffentlich noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben 😍

Mein Mann und ich haben die Wohnung von Antonio für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben von dort aus den Norden Sardiniens erkundet. Castelsardo ist ein schöner Ort und von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf die Burg und das Meer ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. So einen tollen vor Ort Service hatten wir noch nie und wir sind schon viel gereist.

A bright, spacious, clean appartment with fantastic views to the west. Plenty of room for two people, easy walk to beach (although the short cut path from the house was a bit too steep for me ending up going over the rocks at the bottom of the stairs) and obviously easy walking to everything in Castelsardo. As others have mentioned, there is no oven or dishwasher as per the listing, and the drive to the private parking area is a bit tight if you have a large hire car, as we did, and if there are cars parked outside on the small road. But these are small inconveniences: Overall I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you want great views, a comfy, well- equipped flat, easy access to the town and wonderful evenings on the patio watching the sun go down. Its also a good spot to explore the north coast of Sardinia if you have a car, and the beach which is 2 min walk is a great spot to sit and swim. Maria Franca was excellent and helpful.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria Franca hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ca. 7 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß und ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check Inn war super unkompliziert, Franca Maria ist sehr freundlich und was wirklich sehr schön war, dass sie einen Frühstückskorb mit Keksen, Nutella, Tee, Kaffee sowie Shampoo und Seife zur Verfügung gestellt hat - da fühlt man sich gleich herzlich willkommen. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, es gibt auch Spühlmittel und einen Schwamm, was nicht in jeder Unterkunft der Fall ist. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung auf dem Gelände. Es war ein schöner und freundlicher Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür

Caterina was super responsive before and during my stay. The check in process was smooth and the private parking in the building is a huge plus. The fresh cherry basket added a nice personal touch. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk from the beautiful and bustling promenade, grocery stores, many restaurants and bars. Her place is a wonderful base to explore Bosa, La Pelosa beach and such. She provides all the beach essentials including a mat which is mandatory in La Pelosa. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on and we had two wonderful meals at the nearby Alguer Mia. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate most meals in the huge patio. One thing that was a huge surprise was the cappuccino machine. We had bar style cappuccino every single day and loved it. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly stay at her place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot in Alghero. Luca was extremely communicative, provided clear instructions and was a great host. The accommodations are charming and very clean. Perfect stay in Alghero.

Beautiful apartment, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, in front you can see the sea and if you look to the side you can see the whole city of Alghero. Here we found everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, everything is clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick to respond, helps and recommends where to eat or which beach to visit.
