In addition, in the large living room (air-conditioned) there is a double sofa bed; therefore, the house has a total of 6 beds. The location of the house allows you to walk to both the Chidro river and the city center, where there are restaurants and supermarkets. All utilities, cleaning, water supply and private parking inside the property are included.

It is located inside an enclosure where there are 3 other houses distant from each other, each with its own private area and veranda. Behind the 3 houses there is a large garden and parking space, ideal for sunbathing or lunch and can be used for all homes.
