Sei pronto a vivere un’esperienza unica all’interno di un bosco ma con tutti i comfort ? A pochi chilometri dalle Terme di Salice, all’ interno di una riserva naturale , si trova Villa Allegra. Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

The apartment retains the authentic character of a traditional Ligurian house, with elegant period details and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Private terrace with traditional pergola for outdoor dining, relaxing, plus private parking.

Casa Antica

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Typical Ligurian house in an exclusive location 50 meters from the sea, equipped with an outdoor heated Jacuzzi on a large terrace with a view. The house is spread across two floors.
