The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and consists of a bright and spacious living area with a double bed (160x200) and balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. A/C, washing machine, super fast Wi-Fi and TV. The scent of bread (we are above one of the oldest bakeries in Parma) and pheasants in the riverbed will greet you in the morning :-)

Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area.
