I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 singles) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful valley of Magra and the sea. They are halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 mt). Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

This home is stunning! Our family of five wanted a place that was surrounded by the Tuscan hills, near a train line and local town and we found the perfect place. The house was even more beautiful than we imagined. Each bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. The home has multiple living areas, a fire place and a lovely spa in the garden. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The home was cleaned immaculately and had an amazing energy. What makes the home even more wonderful are the hosts, Maurella and Jacko were so accommodating and kind. We would love to come back and stay again. It was an honour to stay in your home. 🙏🏼

Cosy house for 4 in Tuscany village

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it felt like home. We will miss waking up to the sound of chickens and church bells and the local farmer coming through on his tractor. Carla and her husband are warm and gracious hosts who care a lot. I fell ill on our second day and Carla kindly escorted me to the hospital to help me get a prescription for antibiotics, then showed me to the pharmacy. We were lucky enough to plan our trip for the village festival in August and spent our evenings dancing and drinking with the whole town and their kids and dogs to wonderful live music. It was special to be part of this celebration of remembrance and the comeback of this community. The place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed, even a bathroom each… we shared food with each other and Carla had good recommendations for local beaches. You really need a rental car here; a long mountain drive but so beautiful and you won’t regret being here. We will miss you Bardine di San Terenzo!

A pleasant stay in the area, very quiet and relaxing place. Ceserano is not too far from the Spezia which allowed us to visit the five Terres, and the surrounding beaches are great especially venerable azzura. Elena is always available to respond to messages. We recommend.

Great villa in a secluded place, in the middle of a beautiful town with a nice church and plaza. Clean, comfortable and very spacious (we were 4 adults and 4 kids). Nearest restaurant is at 10 mins drive and you can find a good place to buy all you need for breakfast a few meters away.

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished house in a quiet mountain village with great views over the mountains and in the morning also over the passing clouds. The neighbors are very helpful and warm! The kitchen is very well equipped (e.g. salad spinner, hand mixer), so I cooked a lot. In Aulla (10 min by car) there are a few restaurants, but more is going on in Sarzana (20 min) and the towns near La Spezia (30-40 min), here there are also beautiful beaches. Christiane was very helpful and quick to reach. All in all, I had a very nice three-week workation - I'd be happy to do it again. :)
