Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa es increíble, bien equipada y con todas las comodidades. Esta cuidada está el último detalle. De las mejores casas en la que nos hemos alojado. Muchas gracias a Luis por su atención y por el detalle de la magdalenas. Tanto la casa como el anfitrión un 10.

Fuimos a ver a unos familiares que vivían en la misma urbanización y la casa nos encantó. El espacio esterior es una maravilla, estabs todo limpio y ordenado. Cama cómoda con sabanas limpias. Muy acogedora. Si tengo que volver seguro repetiremos. Recomendable 100%

We absolutely loved the place and Grego is a great host, he was there to welcome us in, and gave us useful advices, kept in touch throughout the stay and helped us when we had issues, the place is clean, quiet and surrounded by magnificient mountains and olive trees. Highly recommended. 45 minutes from Alicante (big city), 10 minutes from Villena (medium-size town/city where you have all the services) and it's a beautiful drive, truly a great place to stay to visit the region. Biar is just a beautiful place to stay as it is more quiet than larger cities, it has 2 great grocery stores, few restaurants and bars and a beautiful castle, if you want to avoid the big city, this is the palce to be!

Jennifer y sus padres nos ayudaron en todo y fueron muy amables; da gusto conocer a gente tan maja. Les recomiendo 100% pasar unos días en su fantástica villa.

Ich durfte eine Woche zu Gast sein bei José und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits und ist daher sehr ruhig. Ich konnte meine Zeit daher sehr genießen und endlich mal richtig entspannen. Insbesondere der Pool hat hier sehr geholfen. Auch ist in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. José hat mir bei Problemen immer helfen können und war stets für mich erreichbar. Ich würde es lieben wieder in der Unterkunft unterkommen zu können!

The house had everything we needed and then some. The pool is fantastic. Large outdoor area with seating and tables and lounge chairs for several people. Walkable to Supermarkets, Chinese store, restaurants and a park. Juan was an amazing and helpful host. Quick to respond and so kind.

Sergio is a really friendly and reliable host! Happy to stay in this house, although the weather was not that great, the place was perfect. Muchas gracias Sergio! We would love to come back!

The stay at the Villa was great, the villa had all the amenities required and more. A lovely outdoor space with great BBQ facilities and outdoor eating areas. The pool and sunbeds were clean and in a great condition. The inside was a great size and had all what was needed for a week away, WIFI, smart TVs, air-conditioning etc. Just something to note, the villa is in a fairly rural location with a 5 minute drive to the closest shop and 20 minute drive to Alicante city, and taxis were hit and miss at times, however this could've just been our experience and should definitely not put someone off from staying here. Overall, was a great week to stay in a lovely villa from great hosts

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario, buena zona y tranquila. Una casa muy grande con una piscina enorme. Daniel fue muy simpático respondiendo todas las dudas que teníamos y ofreciéndonos margen tanto a la hora de salida como la de entrada. Lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que es. Si volvemos por Alicante, repetiremos.

La experiencia ha sido increíble. Cada uno de los rincones de la casa tiene detalles únicos y muy bien cuidados. Las fotos y la descripción son tal cual el anuncio. En nuestro caso éramos un grupo de 13 adultos y hemos estado muy cómodos gracias a la amplitud de las estancias. Mención especial a la habitación principal con ese vestidor de película. La distribución de camas en las habitaciones nos ha permitido a todos descansar en condiciones, y hay que destacar el orden y la limpieza de absolutamente toda la casa y el jardín. Nuestra estancia fue en junio, por lo que disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y de todas las comidas en el exterior. Aparcamiento privado y por supuesto, visita obligada a la cueva que da nombre al lugar. Buscábamos un fin de semana de tranquilidad y desconexión y sin duda el entorno nos ha regalado unos días memorables. La atención de Alba y Jacobo ha sido constante, incluso antes de nuestra llegada, para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más agradable posible.

Todo muy bien, hicimos el check out con Leticia y una chica encantadora. Un 10 para Leticia.

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y quedamos todos encantados! Buena ubicación y entorno muy tranquilo. Disponíamos de todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana, desde los servicios como el de barbacoa hasta ropa de baño! Jose Manuel muy amable y atento! Repetiremos y recomendamos sin duda!

Casa muy grande y con mucho espacio! En una zona muy tranquila y con todas las instalaciones necesarias para descansar. A 15 minutos del centro Alicante (bien comunicado)

La casa es fantastica, las vistas en primera linea de playa unicas, Vicente nos ha dado un trato fantastico y siempre muy atento.

Great communication from Christine/Claude throughout, the property is very well equipped (it has everything !) for large families and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool & hot tub & outdoor area in general is fantastic for relaxing or playing (ping pong, darts, table football..) before or after the beach. Indoors the air con is a great relief on hot days, TV and sofa area good for relaxing and verry well equipped kitchen. Separate drinks fridge available outside for beers so plenty of space for food. Huge BBQ is great! Property is in a very quiet peaceful location, supermarkets & majority of bars & restaurants are a 20 minute walk, a car would be helpful but taxis are available if you don't like walking. The bar on the beach is great for drinks, Cafe Makai for brunch & Cassa Manalo for dinner/takeaway are all a 5/10 min walk. We all loved our stay and look forward to returning one day! Thanks 🙏🏼

El alojamiento muy bien un poco lejos de Alicante y San Juan si vas a salir de fiesta y coger el coche ya que hay que coger carretera!! Por lo demás todo genial , una zona muy tranquila y la casa muy bien acondicionada.

Eravamo in vacanza in due famiglie con due bambini di 6 anni ed è stata una vacanza perfetta. La casa ha un accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di sabbia fine con mare poco profondo. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è impagabile, inoltre il patio vista mare ha la parte dove c’è il tavolo per lo più ombreggiato per pranzi e cene al fresco. La cucina è spaziosa ed accessoriata. Hector e Carlos sono super disponibili e gentili.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Die Kinder liebten den Garten. Das Haus ist energieautark, deshalb kann man keine größeren Elektrogeräte verwenden, die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerrichtet. Da es keine Heizung gibt kann es im Frühling am Abend im Haus etwas kälter werden, aber das wussten wir. Unbedingt warme Kleidung einpacken.

De accommodatie is erg ruim en biedt alle nodige voorzieningen. We hebben er prima geslapen, genoten van het zwembad in de achtertuin en lekker op het terras gezeten. Vlakbij is een winkelcentrum met een aantal supermarkten. In de omgeving van de accommodatie zijn vele bars en restaurants te vinden (helaas niet op loopafstand). Het is een goede locatie om naar plaatsen als Alicante, Valencia, Santa Pola, Jijona, Alcoi en Tabarca te gaan. En vergeet natuurlijk het prachtige strand in Arenals del Sol niet. We hebben genoten!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very spacious and with an amazing garden full of trees, cactuses and a massive palm tree. We decided to book it because of the swimming pool and it didn't disappoint us. It is located in a very quiet residential area of El Campello. Supermarket is about 15 mins. walk. Mercadona delivered the shopping there which was a plus as we didn't hire a car. The tram is 20 mins. walk and it takes you to Alicante in about 35 mins. The "cala" that Ray mentions in the description is literally 1 min. away from the Airbnb, however in our opinion it was full of algae and it wasn't very pleasant to go for a swim, although the local people were used to it and it was busy everyday. We were greeted by the lovely Milu, the lady looking after the Airbnb while Ray was away. She can pick up and drop guests to and from the airport at a cost. Milu kindly did a small shopping for us for basic food requested by me as we arrived very late. Hire a car if intending to explore the area.
