Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Vicente del Raspeig

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We had a fantastic 4-day stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in a perfect location. Lovely few days in Alicante made better by staying at Pilar and Tim’s apartment. Spotless with charm the accommodation had everything you need and more. Air conditioning worked well (in all rooms if needed) Bed was comfortable and room quiet at night, shuttered doors helped. We arrived in Alicante during a carnival parade so had to find our way from the promenade and not the Market bus stop (bus from airport best option C6). Google maps sorted us out and Pilar met us on arrival explaining all we needed to know about the apartment. It is very central for everything and right by the iconic Central Market. Could easily contact our hosts if we needed to which was re assuring being in a new city. Thank you Pilar and Tim for making our stay all we hoped it would be. Good luck for the future. Where do I start - this Airbnb has to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at ! It looked exactly like the pictures, was so clean and spacious ! Pedro arranged balloons, cake and a bottle of cava for our arrival. We will definitely be returning again !

The apartament looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The only inconvenience is that there is no lift and the flat is on the fourth floor. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit Alicante next.

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Martina's apartment. It was easy to locate and only a short walk from the airport bus stop (Puerta del Mar) which we used to transfer from Alicante Airport. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Tram Line 5 stop with the same name. The apartment is very close to the excellent beach and numerous restaurants. The lift to Santa Barbara Castle is also only a few minutes away. We took the lift in the evening when it was less busy and walked back down. The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Martina responds very quickly to any concerns although we did not need to trouble her. I recommend the apartment and would stay again.

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

It was a beautiful place. My family loved it. Itziar was very responsive and she wA very friendly and helpful. Her place was very clean and comfortable. We hope to be back. It was a beautiful peaceful location.

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Beautiful modern apartment with all mod cons. Remote controlled blinds, light and shutters. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and crockery required for cooking indoors. lovely views from balcony. absolutely no complains. would recommend wholeheartedly.
