Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Vicente del Raspeig

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We had a fantastic 4-day stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in a perfect location. The host was communicative and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d love to stay again in the future. Lovely few days in Alicante made better by staying at Pilar and Tim’s apartment. Spotless with charm the accommodation had everything you need and more. Air conditioning worked well (in all rooms if needed) Bed was comfortable and room quiet at night, shuttered doors helped. We arrived in Alicante during a carnival parade so had to find our way from the promenade and not the Market bus stop (bus from airport best option C6). Google maps sorted us out and Pilar met us on arrival explaining all we needed to know about the apartment. It is very central for everything and right by the iconic Central Market. Could easily contact our hosts if we needed to which was re assuring being in a new city. Thank you Pilar and Tim for making our stay all we hoped it would be. Good luck for the future. El piso como digo es más bonitos aún que en fotos, súper acogedor da mucha luz, los muebles impecables, y todo perfecto volveremos sin duda alguna aparte está cerca de todo de la playa de restaurantes

Le logement correspond tout à fait aux photos, très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine ! Parfait avec un enfant ! Grand et propre, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. De plus Carmen est une hote réactive et attentive. La salle de bain ne disposant pas de baignoire, elle a mis à notre disposition une grande bassine pour baigner notre bébé. Bien situé, à proximité de commerces et transport, je ne peux que recommander cet endroit !

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Martina's apartment. It was easy to locate and only a short walk from the airport bus stop (Puerta del Mar) which we used to transfer from Alicante Airport. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Tram Line 5 stop with the same name. The apartment is very close to the excellent beach and numerous restaurants. The lift to Santa Barbara Castle is also only a few minutes away. We took the lift in the evening when it was less busy and walked back down. The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Martina responds very quickly to any concerns although we did not need to trouble her. I recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Vi likte dette huset godt. Det lå bra til inne i urbanisasjonen med fellesområder (fint utformede bassengområder, lekeplass etc.) rett over gaten samt parkering rett utenfor. Kort gangavstand til liten matbutikk og baker/kafe rett utenfor porten til urbanisasjonen. For oss med to små barn passet det spesielt bra med det private inngjerdede uteområdet. Andre nødvendigheter for barna som var der var to gode høystoler med bord og to barnesenger med bra bunn og madrasser. For barna savnet vi stellebord og krakk(er) for å komme opp til toalett og vask, men dette kjøpte vi billig på hhv. det lokale markedet og i kinabutikk. Ellers et bra utstyrt kjøkken og fin spiseplass ute. Ellers likte vi spesielt at det virket godt rengjort overalt i huset og også det vi opplevde som et fokus på renhold hos vertene. Både Hakan og Yesim var meget hyggelige og lette å kommunisere med. Vi hadde mest kontakt med Yesim som svarte raskt på de få spørsmålene vi hadde. Personlig oppfølging innsjekk/utsjekk.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Hôte super et à été réactif malgré s notre réservation tard c’est déplacer pour nous remettre les clés et nous a tous bien expliqué malgré la langue nous Français . Je recommande ce logement

Maria’s cotage is lovely, it is in wonderful location, easy access to the Main Street , less than 15 minutes walk to the beach , lovely area . You can see St Barbara castle from the terrace . Maria thank you very much for having us , we had an amazing time .

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

Mieszkanie zawierało wszystko co tylko potrzebne aby spędzić w nim przyjemnie czas. Nic nie brakowało, o czym tylko pomyśleliśmy że jest potrzebne - to było. Do ideału, brakuje tylko zmywarki :) Bardzo duża przestrzeń, Pięknie urządzona, Wszystko świeżutkie czekające na nasz przyjazd. Bardzo miło spędzone dwa tygodnie. Otoczenie - super restauracje, bardzo szeroka plaża z miejscem dla każdego - nie przepełniona jak 1 km dalej na San Juan, możliwość wynajęcia leżaków, bary przy plaży, wysoko oceniane restauracje. Komunikacja tramwajem z Alicante bezproblemowa, kilkanaście minut i jesteśmy w centrum Alicante. Przystanek 100 m od apartamentu. Idealna plaża do uprawiania sportu - siatkówka plażowa, bieganie, piękne wschody słońca. Czysty basen dostępny dla mieszkańców, zadbany, czyszczony, woda nie podgrzewana. Zabawki na plaże dla dzieci, deska do surfingu dla dzieci, leżaki, parasol plażowy, odkurzacz bezprzewodowy, pralka z chemią do prania. Idealny pobyt :) Polecam w 100%

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para entrar al apartamento porque nos dejaron las llaves equivocadas, Marina fue una muy buena anfitriona y nos trató súper bien. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre Santa Pola (restaurantes, alquiler de barco) y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y disfrutando. El apartamento en sí es lindo y tal cual las fotos, con una gran vista al mar. Lo recomendamos.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

El apartamento esta en muy buenas condiciones, nos costaba salir de allí con lo cómodos que estábamos, con una terraza mirando al mar. Todo muy limpio, probablemente el apartamento con mejores baños (aparte de que tiene 3) de los que he estado. La zona es tranquila, si quieres salir de tardeo o noche tienes que andar unos 30 minutos o coger el tram a alicante, pero merece la pena.

Vi har hatt 6 flotte dager. Paula tok vare på oss på alle måter og superhyggelig og vennlig. Gode forslag til spisesteder og severdigheter. Tusen takk for oss. Anbefales på alle måter 👍😀
