Acqua Chiara SalentoSeaLovers is a delightful apartment just a few steps from the sea below the house. A nice double bedroom, bathroom complete with shower, kitchenette with small table. Outside, there is a delightful veranda overlooking the sea, equipped with a table and chairs for dining under an olive tree. Also two sun loungers and a beach umbrella under the house. TV WIFI (weak signal not suitable for smart working!) the phone does not work and the internet is weak. PARKING LAUNDRY SHARED WITH APARTMENT ABOVE

The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The patio is of exclusive use.
