Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a perfect night's rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Authentic Austrian Country House

This is country house retreat is just 2 hrs drive from Vienna and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and wilderness with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Scharferl

Welcome to Scharferl! Two cozy wooden cabins connected by a covered terrace. In the cabin, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room. The separate sleeping cabin offers a large double bed and a private balcony overlooking the countryside. A stream with private access flows right by the house. The terrace invites you to have breakfast and relax in nature. Coffee maker: Nespresso Inissia. Absolutely! Look forward to seeing you!

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.

The house is located in the northern Waldviertel on the Czech border, nestled in a beautiful landscape. All-day sun exposure and pure nature offer the possibility to let go. The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
