The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

We had an amazing stay at Elsa's home! The communication with Elsa was exceptional; she was always responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house itself is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for family living. We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection through awnings. Just down the stairs, already in the sea! Apartment already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Chryssa’s place. She and her family are wonderful and understanding hosts, also very responsive and proactive in communication. We walked to Simantro beach, the walk back up the hill is quite a walk, but a good workout after the beach. The beach is great, with fine sand and clear water. The apartment is small, but very clean and you have everything you need. These were some of the best beds we slept in outside of our own. The garden is fantastic for the kids, there was always another corner to discover and enjoy for them. Thank you to Chryssa and her lovely family!

We had an amazing week right before the closing of the season at the villa. An amazing house that makes you feel welcome but also clean and pretty minimalistic. We spend the afternoon around the pool as we arrived too late to go to the beach. The lawn was great for the morning yoga we did. The two best things for us were the separate bedrooms (as we were two couples and three more friends) AND the AMAZING spacious kitchen! It was pleasure cooking there. The only thing you should note is that the Sani beach bars are 5 mins away driving, however, we wanted to explore Kassandra’s beaches so we traveled 20-40 mins to check out all of the best places (beaches and restaurants).

Great stay at this extremely clean villa. Pool and grounds were cleaned daily. Maid service did a great job cleaning and left fresh towels. Great host and no issues with the property.

Villa in a quiet, peaceful and pleasant location with lots of flowers and greenery, with the possibility of parking. There is a barbecue area and many cozy places to relax in the garden. The place really looks just like in the photos and is equipped with everything you need (wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc). The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again!

Great home for our family of 8. Sani beach and restaurants in the resort were amazing!

I and my family (8 persons, including two youngsters: 6-years and 7 months) had a great three weeks in July in this place. The villa is great. Furniture, sanitary equipment, kitchen, garden and pool are in very good condition. The rooms are large and light (much larger, than I thought from fotos). The host Iosif is very carefull and supportive. Everything we need we have find in the house. The way to the beach took us about 15 minutes and back 20 by feet. There are mini market and tavern near the beach bar.

Me and my family of 8 adults and two babies enjoyed it very much. The house was new, spacious and gorgeous. The garden has enough space and an incredible view over the sea and the most amazing sunsets. We loved it! Anestis was responsive and kind to always explain what we needed. Definitely want to return next year as well!
