Welcome to our guest house, where you can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Four kilometers from the authentic wooden town of Nora in beautiful Bergslagen is Bönehuset, built in 1901 and originally a missionary house. Now a comfortable accommodation with a large combined kitchen and living room where the church hall was previously located, as well as two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. On a cold day, the fireplace in the common room provides warmth. The garden area is available for socializing and play. There is a swimming area a few hundred meters away.

An old stable renovated into a luxurious and cozy vacation home in a quiet little village close to the tourist destination of Nora. Spacious open-plan kitchen with the living room. In the kitchen there is a fireplace, kitchen island with bar stools, dining area with room for 6 people at the table. Double headroom gives a lovely airy feel. Exit to the patio with evening sun and undisturbed views of pastures. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with shower and laundry room. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms as well as a toilet. Everything in new condition!

Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.
