Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
