Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sanibel

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Brody and Elizabeth’s place in Fort Myers. The home is located in a great area, just 2 blocks from Mc Gregor Ave. The unit is very, very comfortable, clean and in a convenient location a short distance away from downtown Fort Myers. Brody is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely keep this rental unit in mind when we return to Fort Myers. Thank you to Brody and Elizabeth.

I loved everything about my stay, I even extended it few extra days! The house is very private and peaceful. The backyard with hammock and a swing was my favorite part! The house is very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything for cooking. And there were some snacks and drinks in the fridge, it was definitely a nice bonus! Very good coffee too. Sonia is a great host, responsive and very accommodating! Definitely recommend it!

I had such a great stay at Oxana’s place! Everything was exactly as described clean, cozy, and beautifully set up for a comfortable visit. Oxana was a wonderful host, super responsive and kind. I truly loved the space and felt right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We were in the FMB area to visit some friends & needed a place for us to stay along with our 2 fur babies. This place was perfect! Great location. Easy to find. We loved walking the park with the "kids". So peaceful & quiet this time of year. I highly recommend staying here & I know we will return.

My family had an excellent stay at this location. The neighborhood was and with a beautiful canal view.

Me, my wife and another couple went on a much needed couples trip. This place was the perfect getaway after a few intense months. We spent most of our time outside. As nice and inviting as the living room was, we stayed conversing near the water fall either in or out of the pool/spa. Rachel was very responsive whenever there was an issue. She was very patient with a very sleep deprived group when we first got there. We’ve done a lot of air bnbs. This is the best one. Definitely coming back.

Second time staying here. They added the sink in the kitchen! The place is complete, clean, well maintained. I recommend it. Thank you!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

The location was awesome! Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach were so close. Id come back.

Very clean and nice place!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

I stayed at apartment 4 at this property. It's also very private and I never felt like I was on display while being outside in the common area. It's gated and the gates are solid metal facing the road. It's perfectly set up to handle 1 guest or a small family. Everything was very immaculate, and clean. The pool was absolutely enjoyable every day of my trip, salt water floating is amazing! While I was there my air conditioner went out. It was 90 degrees outside and so the Hosts allowed me to change rooms. I ended up in room 1. This room was set up and just as clean as room 4. If I ever come back to the Cape I will for sure stay at this property. Be aware the ocean is 2.2 miles away. I rented an Ebike while I was there and drove back and forth to the Yahct Beach Club. There are bike lanes and only 1 major intersection to cross from this property to the beach. Grocery stores are close by and offer quick food in the deli, too. Stay here, greats Hosts, beautiful place, 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Very nice unit. Exactly like the photos . Plenty of room. Arrived late on a Saturday so it was nice to have some staples on hand. ( toilet paper, paper towels , soap, shampoo, waters etc) Plenty of towels and beach supplies. Building G is the closest to the beach which was very pretty and not at all crowded. Very quiet and peaceful. There is still construction going on in some of the 1st floor units but they seemed to begin later in morning and finish up early. It was not a bother at all. The beds were very comfortable. Met some very nice neighbors . Would love to return in the future.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!

Great location, beautiful view of sunrise over the water and fort Myers. Loved the amenities at the club! Nice to have the bikes available and pool and hot tub were great as well.
