For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Pools as well as games and sports facilities can be found both indoors and outdoors. A highlight of the apartment with terrace is the large kitchen with kitchen block, fully equipped with a Miele stove and oven, a large fridge with freezer and all the kitchen utensils your heart desires.

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Log Cabin in Sankt Englmar

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults and a toddler, for whom a baby cot is available if required. The apartment is fully equipped so you can feel at home from the first moment. The cozy and modern furnishings make your stay comfortable and relaxed.

Welcome to Sankt Englmar! Since the duplex apartment is very central, you can walk to restaurants or the spa gardens with a swimming pond. Some hiking trails can be started directly from the house. There are also ski slopes nearby and many activities for families such as the sled lift in winter or the treetop trail, toboggan run in the warmer seasons. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
