"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. The apartment "Zamangspitze" is located on the first floor of the old MOntafonerhaus. Access from a separate guest entrance. The apartment is about 42 m² and has one bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV, a kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch and dining table (for 4 people), as well as access to the corner balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet. All rooms start from a small hallway. On the balcony you can enjoy sun all day long thanks to the east/south orientation.

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
