The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
