This original troad box is 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here two people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a sauna, heated hot tub for your exclusive use on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. Our cottage is just a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
