Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, there is a garden with seating and a barbecue at your disposal. Guests especially appreciate nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

Pistenblick Lodge bietet Platz für 8-10 Personen und hat eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche. Im 1e Stock befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, die mit TV ausgestattet sind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne. Die anderen Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein gemeinsames Bad, in dem Sie auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner vorfinden. Im EG ist der 4e Schlafzimmer mit gleich gegenüber Auch den Badezimmer mit Sauna und Dusche und ein getrenntem WC.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
