Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sankt Pölten District

Absolutely perfect! The accommodation exceeded our expectations — everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, with smooth and pleasant communication throughout. We truly appreciated the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the amenities exceeded expectations, and everything worked flawlessly. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the rooms didn’t have a door, only a doorway, which was a bit tricky with a baby. Nevertheless, we would absolutely love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Nives' house is beautiful, tastefully furnished, but above all the rubbish of everything that can serve as kitchen utensils, services of glasses and plates, aromas, bath linens, etc...You feel like you are at home. In addition, the location is ideal for leaving the car in the parking lot in front of the house, easily reaching the station and arriving in about 20 minutes in Vienna to visit the city without stress. Last but not least, returning home and enjoying the coolness of the evening while comfortably sitting on the beautiful terrace equipped with table, chairs, lounge chairs, rocking chair surrounded by the sight of your plants was a wonderful experience. The house is very idyllically located and fits well in the area. From the numerous outdoor seating options, the Vienna Woods are very easy to see. There is almost no traffic noise. The property, the house and the furniture are maintained with a lot of love and care. Everything works perfectly. When we arrived, we immediately got a good tip for a walk. We weren't promised too much.

Meta was an exceptional host! The place was easily accessible and the area very quiet.

We stayed in Vienna for four days as a family with four people and enjoyed this stay very much. The place is about 20 minutes by car or 26 minutes by train from the city center – the location is really excellent and highly recommended. It is an entire house with a large garden that we loved very much as a family. The view from the window is fantastically beautiful – simply breathtaking! The house is very well equipped, the hostess has a lot of thought and everything is very clean and tastefully decorated with a lot of love for detail. Our kids loved it and praised the host's warmth and helpfulness. The hostess personally welcomed us and recommended us great restaurants as well as interesting excursion destinations in the area. This place was the best during our trip – we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Thank you very much.

A real oasis of well-being, the garden, a dream, the wider surroundings also simply beautiful! The house has been around for a few years and has a lot of charm. A very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower - renovated by the owner herself, simply class! A living home of people, not a sterile apartment. A kitchen where we could just cook because (even much more than) the basic equipment was there (vinegar, oil, spices...). This makes it easier to feed yourself from time to time when traveling. A cozy living room, with a panoramic view of the green garden, a hanging chair, just to relax and be. In addition, a garden seat, a very comfortable bed, extensive tips, documents and maps for exploring the area. Simply perfect!

We arrived for 2 days with 4 kids for hiking purposes. It was perfect for that. Inside, the apartment is completely as described and pictured. The micro was missing. The house and yard from the outside seem a little neglected, uninhabited, and we weren't sure if we really needed to come in here. The kids, on the other hand, loved it. Comfortable, good value inside, we'd love to go again.

We felt like home in the spaceous apartment. It was clean and cozy and easy to park with our car. Just a few things that need to be developed: -the coffee capsules were expired - there was no capsules for the dishwasher, the neighbour gave us some - it would be nice to have one more hook for the towels in the bathroom -some more basic kitchen things ( salt, pepper, oil, tea, sugar) would be useful We enjoyed our staying and also recommend it to others.

A beautiful apartment on a very well-kept property. There are cozy seating areas, a beautiful sunny outdoor area and complete facilities, including in the kitchen, for all those who want to cook for themselves. Markus was always helpful and made our arrival and my departure pleasant and uncomplicated. Thank you, dear Markus.

A quiet, small and simple apartment. Beautiful location in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the Stazione Pressbaum. There is a train connection every 20 minutes and in just 25 minutes you can reach the Wien Westbahnhof.

Beautiful (remote) place, well equipped with complete kitchen, bathroom, etc. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the nice views at the house and the road towards the house. The owners were very supportive in helping us. Recommended!

I recommend. Beautiful village by the Danube, lots of possibilities to implement. A wide network of bike paths took us through vast vineyards and apricot orchards. Pleasant accommodation in a quiet location.

The apartment was on the ground floor as we were looking for. Description fit so far with shower in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the sink was also a washbasin. It is very spacious and with 2 bedrooms, it is great for families. In the kitchen, there is plenty of space to eat and everything you need is available - please sharpen the bread knife ;-) In the smaller bedroom, a screw is sticking out of the bed, which unfortunately damaged my jeans, about in the middle of the bed on the right, this should be fixed as it is a source of danger. All in all, the accommodation in Pressbaum is highly recommended, very good value for money, quickly in Vienna, bakery and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. Friendly and quick response from Martha to questions. Large garden and located directly by the forest for walking. I'd love to book with you again! Best regards, Stefan
