Centrally located in the beautiful and vibrant Place Massena, this charming apartment (5th floor with lift) with A/C is a real treat for those wanting proximity to the main attractions. This beautiful and spacious apartment has great views of Place Massena from the balconies. The bedroom has a double bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, oven, a 4-plate electric hob, a real Italian cafetière and an American coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, a sink unit and a bidet. Earplugs, toothpaste and hairdryer are available. There is a separate WC. The big living room includes a squared table for 4 people, a TV, radio and a sofa bed for 2 people. Please note that a door links the bedroom to the living room where two additional people can sleep. You will have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance (île pietonne, Avenue Jean Médecin, vieux Nice). The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beaches (Promenade des Anglais), the Old Town, the tram and the buses to explore Monaco and Cannes. Linen and towels are included in the price. Free guides and maps are available, as well as books in different languages. I will be glad to help you with everything you could need; I want you to feel like staying at a friend's house. You will have a scale to avoid bad surprises when you weight your luggage at the airport! Umbrellas for rainy days and everything for the beach. Parking in Nice is difficult to find, especially during the summer, but I can help you finding the best solution. There is a private underground car park under Place Massena.

Located in the historic center of Ventimiglia, it offers good accommodation for 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed) a short walk from the port "Cala del Forte" and the fabulous sandy beach "Calandre". 11 km from Menton (France), 19 km from Monaco, 18 km from Sanremo. The various beaches are within walking distance with the possibility of using the new free elevator. No pets allowed. The accommodation is not accessible by car as there is a limited traffic zone. Large parking lot within a 5-minute walk.

The compound enjoys a very convenient back entrance from where it is possible to access directly to the public transports which connect you to Sanremo, Bordighera and to all the other nearby towns as well as an easy access to the main road Aurelia. Ospedaletti is a little town where you will be able to find any service you may need...

Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the RGA, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village, 5 minutes by car, I can book you a table there.
