Holiday rentals with a patio in Sant Martí

Everything was great — the apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. A baby cot was provided, which was very helpful. One downside is that the kitchen chairs should be replaced, as they are broken and unsafe to sit on. Another small issue was the weak water pressure in the shower cabin. The location is convenient for reaching the city center, and there's a large supermarket just across the street.

Great accommodation. Very quiet . Clean. Shower works well Beautiful terrace. Everything is very comfortable for two. But we can do it as a trio. There's plenty of space. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Safe. Very responsive host. We are delighted! Thank you and we wish you love!

Excellent apartment close to the subway and excellent host extremely good communication

Beautiful apartment easy to access with parking space. Well arranged for 6 people with its three bathrooms. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The beach is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. On the host side, very good welcome from Lola who is very responsive. We thank you for the attention paid to our stay.

Gran vía fit all our needs, easy access Montjuic, walk to Mercat Sant Antoni, easy bus connection for Park Guell and placa Catalunya/ gothic and Born district. Also easy connect to eixample ( casa Batlló/ Pedrera. Great to have a separate shower / sink & toilet and extra bedroom not to mention a great wine terrace! Tapas everywhere.

Clean, walkable location. Would stay again if in the area in the future. Trickier entry than any other 20+ Airbnb’s stayed at, but wouldn’t stop me from staying again after getting the hang of it. Be sure to have a backup plan in case your cell phones run out of power (data roaming pulls harder drain on the battery when in higher density locations). Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

I traveled comfortably with the kindness of Elisenda and her family. Thank you for the opportunity to experience the beautiful Argentona. Near the accommodation, there are marts, cafes, and bakeries. You can also reach Mataro Beach nearby in 20 minutes by bus. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and good for cooking. Thank you again for the kindness of the host. I was impressed by her delicacy and consideration. I would like to come back if I have the opportunity next time.

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we are just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we lacked nothing. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We really enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and can only recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! We had a great stay at Zayda’s place! It was the perfect place and location as we were in town for a music festival. Zayda was very prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return and book this stay again!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is extremely convenient if you’re using the metro, it’s right next to the station. While there aren’t many tourist attractions within walking distance, the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the TV setup :) we were able to catch a few soccer games, which added a fun touch to our evenings! Communication was excellent; our host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

We stayed for a festival and loved staying at Raul and Marta’s place. Cosy flat with great amenities. Hosts were very responsive and flexible as our flight was slightly delayed. We loved how close it was to the metro and found some lovely bars and food stops nearby. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Sofia is an excellent host , I’d and caring very reactive and available, the apartment is wonderful clean . I enjoyed Barcelona me and my son. We recommend this apartment to families and single tourists. For girls and women travelling alone for the first time to Barcelona the train station is 5 minutes walk from this apartment. We will comeback again

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!

Great price/quality ratio. I’d say this apartment has it all for the good price it offers and is also very convenient. We were 4 people and felt great staying here so I’d give a big thumbs up on the hosts. Clean, tidy and overall a winner in my book 👌
