Aquest edifici té la particularitat d'estar davant d'una zona verda, tranquila i familiar. Tant és el mes en el que us allotgeu al nostre apartament, perquè tot i ser una ciutat petita, en aquesta hi trobareu durant tot l'any gran quantitat d'esdeveniments culturals. Estiu: ESTIVAL DE JAZZ D'IGUALADA: Destinat als amants del Jazz, durant el mes de Juny, la ciutat s'omple de concerts de Jazz per tota la ciutat. SANT JOAN: Festa molt carregada de simbolisme als territoris de parla catalana i que es produeix cada 23 de Juny, amb la prèvia arribada de la Flama del Canigó i uns posteriors Focs artificials, correfocs, etc. ANÒLIA. FESTIVAL DE MÚSICA: Festival pensat pels que tenen més ganes de marxa, en aquest hi actuen tant grups emergents com consolidats de l'escena musical catalana. La majoria de concerts solen ser gratuits i es distribueixen al llarg de dues setmanes del mes de Juliol, amb un primer concert que en dona el tret de sortida i que coincideix amb l'acte més espectacular de l'European Ballon Festival. FESTA MAJOR D'IGUALADA: És la festa per excel·lència de la ciutat d'Igualada. Durant la tercera setmana d'agost, tots els ciutadans d'Igualada s'impliquen en diversos actes culturals i lúdics que estan pensats per tot tipus de gustos. CAVALCADA DE REIS D'IGUALADA: Aquesta cavalcada és la segona més antiga de tot l'estat espanyol i si mantenen amb fervor totes les tradicions. Per la gent de la ciutat és de les festivitats més importants i es traspassa amb molta cura de generació en generació, fet que la ha consolidat com la millor Cavalcada de Reis de tot Catalunya i de les més boniques d'Europa. CARNAVAL D'IGUALADA: Activitat en consolidació on la ciutat es guarneix amb rues típiques de Carnaval. FINEART: Festival dedicat a la fotografia ideal pels amants de l'art. Durant un mes, la ciutat s'omple d'exposicions en diferents espais emblemàtics de la ciutat. FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL D'ORGUE: Els millor organistes del món es reuneixen durant el mes de Març per mostrar les seves aptituds a la Basílica de Santa Maria d'Igualada. PRIMAVERA: MOSTRA D'IGUALADA:Festival ja consolidat internacionalment com un referent en el teatre al carrer i els espectacles visuals.

Beautiful barn in a valley & river

The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex consisting of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery, and an Iberian settlement just 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

Ca la Julita is a 19th century farmhouse, dedicated to Wine Tourism, located within the surroundings of the Montserrat Mountain Natural Park, in the municipality of Castellbell i el Vilar (Bages-Barcelona), which is part of the Geoparc-Catalunya Central. We are part of the DO Pla de Bages Wine Route and certified with the Biosphere accreditation for sustainable tourism.
