A cozy, clean place near downtown SB for a competitive price. Less than a 10 minute walk to State St. and The Funk Zone. Easy to find and park, in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Sandy's place was an excellent find. It's location was perfect, you can easily walk to the Funk Zone, beach, restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. The rooftop access was incredible and wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

The best thing about this condo is its location. It is steps away from the beach and close to State Street. The second best thing is that it is very roomy. We had a family of four, but you could easily sleep 6-8 people in here, not that you should. The street that it is on is quiet and private, which is surprising given its location, and James is a superb host. Parking was never an issue as well. I will point out that as others have mentioned, the top floor can be a bit warm. We stayed in June and it was fine with great weather, but I can see it being unpleasant in a heat wave. The skylight does provide some ventilation, which others have not noticed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay here. It was super peaceful and had everything we needed for our Malibu getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is beautiful, clean and new inside. It is in a nice location next to the beach, State Street and the Funk Zone. It is near the freeway, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but not enough to really notice. One note of warning is the tree over the #7 parking spot leaks sap. We had to go to the car wash to get it all removed before it hardened on our car. Everything came off but just be aware. All in all, we had a great time.

This spot has everything you need and is close to Linden for great food at shops. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. We had a great stay!

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

We loved the house and would be perfect for two couples or just one like us. It is an easy house to live in with everything you need as the kitchen is equipped with serving dishes and cookware. The hot tub was clean and 104 when we arrived.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The house was very clean with sufficient amenities. The location is quiet but with several restaurants and a great coffee shop within close walking distance.

Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Sonya’s place! The house was beautiful and comfortable and we loved how walkable the neighborhood was. I would absolutely book again!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

It’s a great spot! It’s a small but cozy. The gas fire pit in the front is clutch. Super close to the beach. So easy to pop down there and back. The garage full of beach supplies is awesome.

Michael was an awesome host always available if you needed anything.

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!
