Villa is on the west coast of Sardinia in Santa Caterina Pittinuri. The place is exceptional. Stunning wide view of the sea, the mountains, the surrounding landscape. Huge garden. Silent area. Parking on the property. Sea is 5 minutes walk distance! A market is 150 meters far; restaurants, pizzerie in the area.
