Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Clara

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

Laura's place is very nice, quiet, and easy to find. Laura is a very helpful and responsive host -- we encountered unexpected power outage in the region during our stay, but Laura responded timely to work with us on alternative solutions and compensation plans. Would recommend!

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Donna’s place! The unit was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Towels were thick and fluffy. It’s only a short walk to a couple of supermarkets and Burlingame Avenue, which is full of restaurants and shops. At night, it was quiet. The unit is up on the second floor, so you’ll have to be able to carry your own luggage up the stairs, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, this a is an impeccably maintained vintage unit, and it was a treat to stay there.

My stay at Matthew’s place was a great experience. It’s located in an area that’s easily accessible to local dining, shopping, highways and was a perfect distance from my daughter’s house. The apartment is nicely updated and also offered a very functional kitchen. The bathroom is very roomy with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. I was also very happy with the large walk-in closet. Matthew was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend his place without hesitation and plan to stay there again in the near future.

From the beginning of booking Belle was already contacting us with any additional accommodations that she can do to make our trip as comfortable as possible, she was very tentative reaching out to us in regards to our stay, house was brand new and had everything we needed for a family of 4 for 3 nights! I would definitely stay again Belle’s house deserves 5 stars

My family, dog and cat loved our stay! We walked to the mall, went to Santana Row and had plenty of food options around the area. We also walked to Baskin Robbins one evening. It was a central location for everything. The home was great and we especially loved the backyard and mini golf putting green. It was the perfect accommodation for our family before we moved into our house.

My family stayed at Julia's place for a visit in California. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and has everything you need for a great stay. The house is beautiful, very spacious and super clean. We really felt at home! Julia is a wonderful host, very responsive and kind. I absolutely recommend Julia's place for a great holiday in Cali!

I booked Bella's place on my wedding weekend for my wedding party. It has everything that we need for a large party. We love how modernized it is. Highly recommend.

John's place was lovely and as described. Modern, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. My family of 11 adult cousins and one nephew stayed comfortably. We have a nice beach day in Santa Cruz and then were able to retreat at John's home. We ordered dinner and the delivery driver easily located the property. We played board games and shared laughs, supplemented by the games John made available. The fridge was spacious and stored our essentials. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker, stocked with pods and while we didn't use the stove and other appliances, everything you need for peaceful stay was there. This place easily accommodates 10 adults and a few smaller children in case folks need the space.

As always, Michelle's place was awesome. I will keep coming back.

Great place in Redwood City, its close to a main street and easy to get around while there. The apartment is clean and well furnished, perfect for a family visit to the area!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay and spend wonderful time in the backyard, House is located closer to University and restaurants. Assigned parking spot is added advantage to this house. Enjoyed staying in this house.

Such a perfect location, easy to get there and had everything we needed and more!

As a solo female traveler in town for business, this place was great. Short distance to the office but had everything you needed for working remote. Loved the kitchen set up and had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! My rav4 fit well in the garage. The walking path outside was great for either starting your day or winding down.

Good value, nice location, and nice setup for a short stay. It is right on a busy street but it is quiet inside.
